Absolutely, he's in my top 10 fav DreamWorks Villains, given idk where, but he's somewhere. I get that fans make fun of him alot but with the jokes aside, he's a well written villain and is the arguably the most evil Shrek villain.
Rumpel did erase Shrek’s birthday. So that means all the villains who died because of him didn’t die after all.
