I think the flat painted side might have been a design choice in that the cocktail was designed to sit against a wall. Not 100% but that might explain why they didn’t put the wood on all four sides.

Howdy my Friend, I've been waiting for your next video, I enjoy watching you repair classic arcade games, brings back so many Cool memories I have of playing these games as they debuted back in the 80s, and I really enjoy the history you share on the current game your talking about, I gotta say, of all the CZcams arcade channels, I'm subscribed to, you definitely go the extra mile with the knowledge you share on these classic arcade games, incredible !!

That’s an awesome find thanks for showing it off to all of us. Such a small monitor I wonder why they wouldn’t have put a 19” in it looks like lots of room for it.
