7) Double breathe in, strong exhale from mouth before sleeping
8) 6 hrs gap between sleep and dinner is ideal.
9) Take caffeine 8 hrs before sleeping
10) Exercise 1 hr after waking up or in the evening.
11) Do Stretching (knee to chest)
12) Listen podcasts before sleeping.

I am not active on social media but recently some of my friends have told me "Are uske videos kya dekhta hai, kitne trolls banre hai uspar" for watching your podcasts and i've been watching TRS since 2020 regularly, on the other hand they haven't watched anything and i am sure it is the same with the trollers.
I just want to say that no matter how much hate comes your way, you are doing absolutely amazing service to our nation and its youth. There are so many aspects of our own culture we didn't know which you are bringing out to the world.
I am deeply grateful for the efforts you & your team puts in the podcast, on camera as well as in the research & planning that goes on in all this!
More power to your guys for all the amazing work you will be doing in the future and to handle these naive trolls.

1) avoid caffeine 8 hours before sleep
2) watch sunlight after wake up
3)3- 4 hours before sleep no food
4) intermittent fasting helps to sleep better
5) 2 hours before bed screen off
6) red fiter glass (blue light blocker)
7) double breathing before sleep also help us
8) yoga and stretching helps to reduce stress cortisol and aderline hormone
9) before 4 hours of sleep avoid pre workout
10) listen podcast before you sleep it helps you a lot
11) workout in 3-7 slot ,and more preferable to do in morning
12) quality of sleep important than quantity of sleep
13) darkness is the key factor for sleep
14) avoid melatonin for sleep

No doubt that sleep is super important but All those points you mentioned it's impossible (not difficult) for a one who ha s office or school/college routine.
As far as I know about my sleep, I can say I don't know about the Deepness or rather the quality of my sleep but, I never feel to sleep in the morning and even I stay awake sometimes till 11:30 watching reels or playing FIFA on mobile, also I am Football (Man UTD) fan so you know the timing of matches in IST. So what I recommend from my experience is
1. Have a good amount of period between Dinner and Sleep (1-2hrs)
2. Have a good mental health.
3. Don't try to go to sleep but rather leave it on its own (sometimes it might take a little long to sleep but eventually it'll be natural)
PS: No denial to this Great work by @beerbiceps but just a experience I wanted to share.
Because sleep isn't about experts, everyone sleeps so everyone can give you advice. Its on you whose you pick and follow.
BTW you upload video so late that I watched it 10PM so isn't it little ironic 😅

I agree also The last point i also experience what you hear see and brain adopt this and then in dreams like that reels or otherwise meditation peace or whichever you experience at night before sleep.
You could have added about the sleeping position too that is adding about the benefits of sleeping on back and avoiding sleeping on your stomach. This is the important aspect that could have been covered .

Just a few days ago i attended the 5am challenge by satvic movemment, where rajat explains the same and how much quality of sleep matters. Also the most important thing is not waking up early but sleeping the right way and following healthy night rituals as Ranveer bhai explained.
