Just a suggestion :) for the people who dont dance, would love to see reasons to why a choreography is harder together with this ranking. Would be nice to read it while showing examples. No pressure though

Not a dancer but my understanding is that the hardest part of dancing in a group is synchronisation and formations, which is why Butterfly is so hard to do and so wonderful to watch
as a dancer yes the amount of times we had to do something in canon and everyone fucked it up
All the choreographies of loona are way too good
You can tell PTT is very hard considering you gotta really slam your knees onto the floor a lot and do the choreo moves quickly. I stan these queens 😌

Even the easiest choreos make me wonder what type of lungs do they have, like the movements might be easier but their pace is always so fast
and the thing is, to them is super easy. chuu actually gets offended whenever they tell her to do a lipsync of her high notes and messes them up on purposes to show us that she can do better LIVE. 😭😭😭😭

Ripple effect always look good on loona since there are 12 of them..Butterfly are literally art..they really amaze me with their performance everytime.
hi high is underrated. each dance move of hi high can be seem simple but position change is very very complicated. they are divided into units and then put back together to form a fourth row. then they are divided again to expresses the shape of the desk with the body.
What makes LOONAs choreography hard is their consistent switch ups, level changes, ripple effects, mirroring, synchronization, control and they always go with with the pleasing visualization as a whole rather than the dance itself.
Loona is really talanted, beautiful and many more. I hope one day my dancing skill will same with them💚💚💚

@@jungkookluvie yeah, I know the whole choreo and it took me less than a day to learn it compared to other choreos (Some are even easier but for me, it deserves a spot around 4-6 )
Ptt and Why Not 😁
I think the hardest part of loona's choreos is how much they have to navigate around each other. I'm not a dancer, in fact, I'm pretty bad at dancing so all of their choreos look like they'd kill me. But by looking at their dances, specifically Why Not, So What, PTT and Butterfly, balance seems to be what's needed the most. Now imagine trying to keep your balance whilst moving quickly around 11 other people AND be synchronized doing it. I can't even begin to imagine how many times they've probably bumped into or tripped over each other during transitions.
Isn't it missing Perfect Love and Wow ? Wow choreo is so good and lowkey hard ^^

EVERY LOONA SONG IS AMAZING
As expected, butterfly is at #1. Their butterfly choreo was insanely satisfying and hard from the moment I saw it released. The song quality is top notch. I still listen to it to this day.

@@lyorbit.02 yeah even the girls themselves said they had a hard time with the WOW choreo... but you know they always slay it and get it down pat
I think the main thing that is so hard about Loona dances and people also overlook really often is the formations and coordination. Even if the choreos are „easy“ to do on their own (which isn‘t even always the case), it‘s really hard to synchronize it with 12 members and stuff like formation changes takes a lot of time to learn and is really exhausting because you need to run to different places all the time. That‘s what makes So What for example so difficult. It has an incredible amount of formation changes and the members don‘t have a single second to rest, since they‘re always moving around different spots. Butterfly as well, is really hard because of its need for synchronisation.
For me PTT It's really hard to dance because I have to change places and sometimes I even fall because I dance a little backwards is hard
all of the choreography is too difficult but that's too perfect for loona
I understand these are highlights of the choreography, but if you watch the entire dance practices, it looks even harder since you can see all the transitions and complex formation changes.
Loona has some of the best dances ever. Looking a 1 person it may seem a bit awkward, but when you bring them all together in a group they are beautiful. Their dances truly are meant for 12 members 💗💗💗

I'm not a dancer nor I've ever danced in my life but one day i saw loona dance practice and stage performance and i enjoyed it so much so I've started to watch it every single day,,, and thought to myself wow this looks cool I'm sure if i try i can dance like them too!... And I treid to do a move where they start facing backwards then turn around to face infront it's a simple move but after one hour of trying this single move i failed miserably i couldn't do it so i just gave up 😭

You know Satellite was a bitch for them to learn because of the parts where they get on their backs and kick the air. That probably hurt like hell just to do on its own, nevermind synced up to continuous choreo.

Honestly for me So what is the hardest dance because when I learned like half of it the next day my whole body ached. And I had stretched before and after too so it put a lot of strain on my body. My body just can’t handle hard choreographies lol 😅
Easy or not, a lot of these songs are still hard to perform because of the amount of position changes and amount of synchronization needed, especially for 12 members!
