Awesome video. I watched two other videos on the same subject and couldn’t get it to work but yours was very simple and straight to the point and it worked on my first try thank you I just subscribed
If you haven’t found the answer yet, I’m pretty sure it does. It modifies the save game data which contains the code, so if you edit the code in the save it will change in the game. It will also stay the same if you save the game.
You need to change the capacity like this or the weight of 1 million liters of grain will bog your harvester down, change it to 5 Mil and you won't even be able to move it when it's full. capacity="1000000" updateMass="false" >
Hi Tundra, Thanks for the instructional vid. Like you have shown, I always try to increase the speeds and capacities of my mods because I play 4X maps and the original speeds and capacities of most mods are a joke (6MPH) and are clearly unable to cope with this size of map. My problem always seems to be, that when I increase capacity to say even 300,000ltrs let alone a million - which I would desperately love to have to cope with these fields - (I am currently on the Kiwi starter Map), and the combine SLOWS to a CRAWL and most times even stops due to the WEIGHT of the GRAIN. Does this happen to you???. I have previously frantically researched the problem and have seen a modder (DjGoHam Gaming) add after the capacity - updateMass="false" > which he says then makes the grain weigh NOTHING, I have tried this with NO SUCCESS - CAN YOU PLEASE HELP ME - HOW do you get around the problem of WEIGHT (PLEASE answer me mate and I'll put you on my Christmas Card List!!) - Thanks Tundra (in anticipation of your help), I am at a complete loss!!
What about the weight of the harvester? Can't figure out how to change that, bigger the load, the more weight it carries, starts to go slow, and eventually stops.
Kept trying to edit the speed (KM P/H) Not realising i bought the wrong fucking harvester.... omg lol thank you :EDIT nevermind, only shows the speed go up inside the shop, and when I buy it, only says 26...
Good direction and simple to understand. Great video.

Literally couldn't get this to work on fs22 🤬 thankfully I found your video and it worked first time 👌 subscribed.
Thank you for this video. Great work 💪💪💪💪
Thank You So Very Much!!! It's really helped!
Great video. Thank a lot
This is fantastic! Thank you so much. Question though do I have to start a new game or will this update current file code when you load saved game?

Hi Tundra,

Yes!! You need the mod Fs19 massperLiter That will make everything weight less
Whenever you edit the combines , Make sure you type on the same line of the capacity thing , Put UpdateMass = False.
Can you please tell me how to change capacity of a harvester that is already in the game. Cant find out how. Thank you kindly.
If it is not a mod but one of the in game ones it is in a different folder. Djgoham shows a good example on how to do it.
Oh its on one of his lone oak episodes
@@swamprat1214 thanks buddy
Just done it on a plough mod. You see those puppies go lol.
What about the weight of the harvester? Can't figure out how to change that, bigger the load, the more weight it carries, starts to go slow, and eventually stops.
After u update capacity. Type updateMass="false"
@@Dildo_Baggins. Found out I was typing an extra " at the end, messes up the entire script, and the mod breaks. Thanks for this though!
How do you turn on the combine header?
Use G on keyboard, or if controller, go into settings, under controls, and check which keys it is. Might not show up on controller.
