Sir I am an outside maharashtra student and my jee percentile is 88.9 and mht cet percentile is 96.8.so can I get coep or pict like colleges in cap or non cap rounds

No you cannot get that colleges.
And as you are outside state candidate, your mht cet percentile is considered almost negligible

I got 98marks but only 75%ile my friend got 101 marks 96.5%ile other friend got 121 marks but 91 %ile in his shift his friend got 124 marks 98.7 %ile
another friend got 96 marks in my shift but 87%ile 😢

Hi,
I have also heard some similar stories of student's enrolled with my service as well.
This is shocking and we have asked all to write a mail to CET Cell with an explanation of the same.
We are always with the student community in whichever way possible
