  • Starting from this month(i.e. Mar2018), I started to follow the advice of Mr. Jason Blaha. I use the "3 rep-set times 10 sets" (sometimes it includes warm-up sets). The intensity is at the sub-maximal level, around 70~80% of One Max Rep.
