Imo the most amazing thing about this guy besides his passing & how he dictates a game is his focus. Even after made shots he’s not celebrating, he’s ready to play defense & he’s always having huddles in the middle of the game if he sees something he doesn’t like, definitely a first ballot hall of famer & the definition of a pure point guard
He has excellent basketball IQ and great vision. Most of his passes are extremely accurate as well. If you watch most of his assists, you’ll see they come from his teammates executing plays perfectly. 2:26 he directs Holliday to set a screen to get a wide open 3 (though KD played extremely lazy defense there), and the last play 4:46 Holliday forces a switch, confuses the defenders and Rondo is using AD’s pick as a distraction, waiting for Holliday to get open. It’s the same exact shit he did and Boston, and if the team can keep executing plays, the Warriors might have a tough fight.

I’ll always loveee the fact that his teammates know when they catch the pass from him to go up and shoot. Many times they aren’t even looking at the basket or truly know where they are in the paint but they go up because they know if Rondo led them there, they are getting a bucket.
