I am a visual person and the video directions are better for me. These directions were so easy to follow. I Installed my toilet myself following these directions and I did a great job. Thank you.

Help, first tank top purchased was broken. Second lid slipped out of untapped box and broke and neither of them had dual flush buttons ? The lids were solid?
Witch way do you clock the flush option white is on the left and blue on the rite witch is witch
No Teflon used on connecting tubes❤?
Question. Hannah says the button assembly should have the efficient button (3 dots) should be on the right. She doesn't say it is, or that's exactly where it goes. She says "it should be" on the right. It really doesn't instill confidence that this is where it goes. I had plumbers install two of these in my home. Each tech installed one. The problem is the button assembly is different on each one. I've looked inside the tank for an indication of the correct 1.1/1.6 indicators on the buttons, the tank, the install instructions, the specifications...pretty much everywhere. Including this video. And NOWHERE does it say "Look inside the tank at the flush assembly. The blue button flushes 1.1 gallons, and the white button flushes 1.6 gallons." Or vice versa. So I called customer service. Guess what? They didn't know either. And rather than tell me she didn't know the girl proceeded to tell me it doesn't matter which is which. Just eyeball it and figure it out. Not in those words, but basically that's what she was telling me. THAT IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. The entire purpose of purchasing a dual flush is to conserve water. There should be something somewhere that tells me which side or colored button is for a 1.1 gallon flush and which one is for the 1.6 gallon flush that is consistent in the install instructions, in online support, or when someone calls. Not "I don't know either. I can't find it anywhere." Can you please tell me? Because I can't find anything else but this video. And can you please tell corporate that this is why people are calling your support line when they shouldn't have to for such a simple question that should already be specified in the install instructions.
Delta, do yourself a favor and explain how to really line up a bare bowl to the wall, so when the tank is on, it is square .
