Read Ben Kaplan's story at natpo.st/UKzSo6 Kevin O'Leary, author of Men, Women & Money, distills the secrets of getting hitched, without losing a bundle. Camera, Edit, Graphics: John Richardson.
he made many bussines mistakes too.. imagine in other areas.. just a man. His truth migth not be THE TRUTH, I do tend to agree with most things he says
Bazar Exclusivo No shit, of course he’s made business mistakes. That’s part of being an entrepreneur, people like you swear there are these ‘perfect’ businessman that have never made a mistake. The sooner you learn this the better.
the man speaks the truth. i like listening to kevin because he doesnt try to paint anything pretty, if its ugly he'll say it. the truth shall set you free.lol
Peter M wealth inequality is beautiful. Pathetic people deserve to fail. That's what meritocracy means. Fair doesn't mean equality, it means you get what you deserve.
Nothing in the world is as liberating as the cold hard brutal TRUTH, screw emotion, screw talking with kid gloves on as to not offenddd someone's sensibilities - the truth people! It'll set you free :)
yeah screw emotions, lets just be robbots, haha, why we should care about millions of years of evolution, lets just cut our frontal cortex, or lobotomize us wow thats a great idea. You are soo tough all of u talking without emotions, wow. tell the truth, yes, always? not necesarelly, hard brutal truth.. well there is something called delicacy.. but is an art this days
Bazar Exclusivo I used to be emotional. Got me no where but heart broken. Being heartbroken distracted me heavily from the tasks at hand. Threw away the emotions and I'm going right on up every day.
no no, you just changed emotions... you focuses more on the important things, you made priorities.. thats another story, I am trying to make a point here but is subtle. No one is saying passionate people are the ones that rules.. at all, but there is a place and time for everything, also being passionate.. you get the idea?
Nicki DivineTV i'm not a narcissist trying to look important on the internet like u. no-one gives a shit about ur mentor, life coach bullshit. u just want to take ppl's money. get a real job
+Marcel harding5 Hi Marcel, It's interesting that you are asking me this question....Of course get Married when you find the ONE! I agree with Kevin O'Leary, a pre-nup is a great idea.... Especially if you believe you have any assets to protect.
Love the way he contructed this. He's not against marriage or having kids, he's warning people to think very carefully and plan ahead before they make their choices.
Everyone bashes Kevin from Shark Tank but I really feel he's a good guy deep down. He knows it's critical to be honest when it comes to financial matters thus justifying his glorified responses to ludicrous ideas. It's like pouring cold water on an your head, at times it's necessary. Thanks Kev for making the point on marriage clear. I think one of the best investments us millenials can make this decade is to not got married. That is unless you view your life as a Cinderella story. We should bring back the ice bucket challenge for the noble cause of averting disaster.
Québec makes up 1/5 of the whole country. It's important that the province has someone who, at the very least, speaks their language in a country that is officially bilingual.
And, that's the truth. When you follow the money, you eventually follow the truth. Anyone that says otherwise is either blinded or ignorant. Love is also an emotion, and like any emotion, it can cloud the mind.
I really like this, it separates emotion from finances when it comes to talking about marriage. Although mutual love is needed for a successful marriage, the financial part of it is also as well. The Logical and Emotional parts need to be in good shape for a good end result.
kevin o leary reminds me of Mr. Crabs, but with great hair. all he thinks about is money, money, money, money. seriously tho, i want to know what barber he goes to. that hair is just mesmerizing
Michael Mcgoldrick The price is not always financial. My price was that my wife should put effort into our marriage. The divorce was completed, just before Christmas.
My life lessons 1) Choose someone you truly love 2) Ensure your love have grow and is passing the time test before considering marrying. Mutual feelings, good communication and mutual care, affection and honesty are keys during the process 3) A relationship is a team work. There isn't one who just have to be while the other just have to provide for the other to be. Men and women deserve equals treatment 4) Choose a man/woman that is working and will continue to do so while married. If you do so, the couple will be equal, understand each other better and achieve their goals faster 5) Get both insured against the mistake of having marry the wrong person: marry out of community 6) If your partner stop work after your marriage and you don't want that, divorce! Same in case of emotional abuse, domestic violence 7) If you have reach this stage, you are with a person that is with you for who you are and not what you have. Keep it cause time goes to fast to restart from step 1 and if both don't get distracted by others, it will fail only because love sometime have an expiry date. But in 99.99% of the time, if 1 and 2 were there, love can only grow and last forever Note: Better to have to pay a mortage than a rent. If you do so, there will be a day where who won't have to pay for both.
People like to romanticize about not only love, but about life. People call Kevin an "asshole," but why?... He's honest, real and factual. Yes life is extremely broken and depressing and really fucked up in a lot of ways. Someone being realistic and honest about it doesn't make them an asshole.
Wade Hamilton I don't think life is messed up. I think it's great. Fair doesn't mean equality, it means you get what you deserve. People in Africa vote for socialism so they deserve to suffer. This is why I feel no remorse for Venezuela, they got what they asked for. People who waste time complaining in America deserve to suffer. I have no remorse.
Yup! I’ve tried and know it better now. That’s why I’m on my own making money and enjoying my freedom. I don’t fall for romance BS, make believe wedding parties that put people into debt. I believe in comfort and freedom. There is no freedom or comfort in constantly arguing about money. And I don’t believe in infidelity, there is no such thing. People always have relationships with multiple partners and there is always a good reason behind it. It’s what humans do. Most people are too conventional and live in drama. No thank you!!!
I cost maybe $10,000 a year for my parents minus the college tuition, but I decided to go to the 2 commutable universities for both my bachelors and masters so my total college education costs $75k
I'm so glad to having chance if living in Age Of Kevin O'Leary. Everythings he says is much more useful, correct, honestly than whatever God said. I'm gonna change my god. The older one still living in thousands years ago but Kevin is for ever.
I love you Kevin this is what I try to get everyone to understand but they just think I love money. Right before all the fighting and broken marriages based off poor planning of money. It's so easy to see idk why people cover it up.
I like the way he says money.
+dregsta probably the number 1 thing he cares about most in the world..
Soft, but scary for some percentage !!
yah it's sounds legit like trailer
Lol - yeah, don't get married unless you're going to have children lol
dregsta monnnnnnney
He's right. Mr. Wonderful doesn't bullshit
Nor does he sugar coat it
he made many bussines mistakes too.. imagine in other areas.. just a man. His truth migth not be THE TRUTH, I do tend to agree with most things he says

Adan Olivera veritas vos liberabit
*make you free*
O'leary is such a bloody genius. I love you.
Palasako EXACTLY!
+Palasako , Loving people who have power over you? That kind of thinking does not help to reduce wealth inequity. We should all be suspicious.
This man is clearly a socio-path
Peter M wealth inequality is beautiful. Pathetic people deserve to fail. That's what meritocracy means. Fair doesn't mean equality, it means you get what you deserve.
Simple shit. Pre-nups all the way.
Nothing in the world is as liberating as the cold hard brutal TRUTH, screw emotion, screw talking with kid gloves on as to not offenddd someone's sensibilities - the truth people! It'll set you free :)
Dreighen that's the same way I feel my nigga
Exactly. Screw emotions.
yeah screw emotions, lets just be robbots, haha, why we should care about millions of years of evolution, lets just cut our frontal cortex, or lobotomize us wow thats a great idea. The way he says 'not so fast' really makes you stop and actually listen to him. Very good and practical advice.
Justin Nguyen lmaooo just thought the same thing. He says Not So Fast like he's about to sucker you into a deal you can't refuse.
THE BEST ADVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN CONCERNING MARRIAGE! Thank Kevin O'Leary
joe smith Awwww, your the perfect little coward... no pic, no videos, I hope u get the help you need real soon! Here you go: 1-800-DONT-KILL-YOURSELF
Nicki DivineTV i'm not a narcissist trying to look important on the internet like u. no-one gives a shit about ur mentor, life coach bullshit. u just want to take ppl's money. get a real job

Awesome!
***** Aweome!
Finally someone being honest
How can you not love this man?
Laila Azizi
I can 😁
and you're probably broke
@@brianchun7926 most likely lol
I was rich and married a poor girl, had no prenup. 22 years later, we are still together. I got lucky. But most people would be smarter with a prenup.
Randal Colling yup. Isn't the divorce rate like 50 percent nowadays?
@A R Actually the woman would get 50% of the INCREASE of wealth while married. AFTER expenses of taxes and court costs. (cheaper to keep her)
Love the way he contructed this. He's not against marriage or having kids, he's warning people to think very carefully and plan ahead before they make their choices.
Most people will not follow his advice. Many men will be screwed
There are women who need to do prenups to protect themselves too.
This is a very hard conversation to have with your significant other. Especially if you're a Christian.
Everyone bashes Kevin from Shark Tank but I really feel he's a good guy deep down. Millennials suck
Saw the video, asked for a prenup and know I'm single!! Thank you kevin from saving my money and time!!!!!!
David Coorre Dodging bullets!
You can spend the money you saved on hookers.
this guy is a G...
G= Genius
He is just telling us the reality of life.
g is actually for gangster, but okay
This is a very smart man. I promise to meet him one day
" If you ain't no punk halla we want prenup"😂😂😂😂😂
I hope he gets to be PM of Canada.
That would ruin his image. Politicians are inherently corrupt and collectively get a bad wrap.
He would be the next trump
He's dropped out of the race already as his lack of French was a big issue for some reason -_-
sachyktothea québécois are assholes that’s why
Québec makes up 1/5 of the whole country. It's important that the province has someone who, at the very least, speaks their language in a country that is officially bilingual.
How come there are no idealists or socialists spewing their bullshit over this in the comments section? I came here for this!
why are you looking for negative comments? unless you want to debate them right?
HEY technically I'm a democratic socialist and EVEN I THINK THIS SHIT IS SPOT ON. No really I voted for bernie.
Great advice. Love Kevin and his “tell it like it is” mindset.
And, that's the truth. When you follow the money, you eventually follow the truth. Anyone that says otherwise is either blinded or ignorant. Love is also an emotion, and like any emotion, it can cloud the mind.
Extremely simple and effective presentation!
Ol typical Kevin, gotta love this guy. He has tough love but always speaks truth
Glad I found this. Been trying to explain it some people and they just don't get
That's really helpful! Thank you
Thanks Uncle Kevin.
PIEPIE lol
Prenup agreement doesnt work as an assets protection , but it does show the truth
It takes courage to make this video.
It takes courage to share this video.
Good job guy!
Probably the realest video ever posted on CZcams and probably ever made.
This guy would be a amazing President.

Kevin O'Leary. The guy's genius is off the charts for me and the word "money" sounds really good in his mouth
Actually very true and good advice and someone finally laid it out clearly

Bien Dicho!!! I admire this guy 💯💯
kevin o leary reminds me of Mr. Crabs, but with great hair. all he thinks about is money, money, money, money. seriously tho, i want to know what barber he goes to. that hair is just mesmerizing
He is the twin of Mr. Crabs. And his advice is for dirty old men like him
Everyone has a price and can be bought!!!
Michaelson Sarmiento not everyone.
In the past no, people were belief oriented, in the present especially in western and developed countries, yes.
Michael Mcgoldrick
The price is not always financial. My price was that my wife should put effort into our marriage. The divorce was completed, just before Christmas.
The only people who can't be bought are people with money.
That is not true, you'd have to give me a billion dollars to believe that!!

Great advice!!
I enjoy Kevin O'Leary's no-nonsense attitude. It's refreshing to find such honesty in a dishonest world.
This is good advice.
The last statement is becoming more relevant the older I get and makes sense..
Yup! I’ve tried and know it better now. That’s why I’m on my own making money and enjoying my freedom.

O'Leary isn't blind - a great power that can shape you as a businessperson.
I use to hate Mr. Wonderful...but I GD love him! Something about his brutal frank way of telling it like it is is SO refreshing. 🤣
Preach brother, preach!
"If it's a problem now wait in ten years and see what happens, get the prenup"
My biggest take-away as well!

I cost maybe $10,000 a year for my parents minus the college tuition, but I decided to go to the 2 commutable universities for both my bachelors and masters so my total college education costs $75k
Good advice
That was good.... I loved it
