  • The tungsten carbide water induction nozzle with aluminum jacket allows the user to wet blast via both adjustable water feed and adjustable venturi air injector ports for optimum air/water atomization. This nozzle reduces the amount of dust creating while blasting by having the water mist droplets attach to the dust and knock it to the ground. Also called a WIN, these nozzles feature contractor threading to prevent cross thread issues while on the job site. Each nozzle comes with a washer for quick assembly. Your nozzle will also come with the water connection line and shutoff valve with 3/8" barb connector.
If you’ve been thinking about giving wet blasting a try and don’t want to invest in a GBT, give a WIN nozzle from Blue Dog Blasting a try!

Would be good to see the production rates between dry and when you flick it over to wet, and if there is any change in productivity. Definitely works for dust suppression.

@@TheMobileBlaster nice. I'm about to buy one for a job here in Australia. Old mate Jim Dyer rates them just fine so this gave me the confidence to get one. I had a dustless machine originally, now converted to dry only, but the WIN nozzle would be handy for that odd job where supression is needed.

I can't really assess blasting progress in EITHER case. Yes, the water-induction clearly deals with dust, but...is there any blasting going on? Work on some nasty barnacle-covered rust-scaly steel plate so we can see what's going on...

We plan to do some rusted plates soon, but not with the WIN.....That was really to show dust suppression. We have done blast tests with the WIN and it hasn't performed all that well. I think we have one up on the channel somewhere... I will need to look.
