Hilti TE 706-AVR field change. Saved 150 Euros! After changing burned field. Motor disassembly

In his video I have disassembled Hilti TE 706-AVR demolition hammer. It was not working and it just had the service light blinking.
After disassembling the motor I found that field is burned out. I used field from scraps and it worked fine so I saved $200!

The problem must be at the conecting road ( is broken ) or the piston ( is burned).
After you identify the broken part, you should change even the 2 orings of puston and striker and put inside new oil

you need reset the tool or made a by pass, the tps board is to protect the tool from theft

If it blinks then it's electric problem like bad contact. If it just flash on and stay it's time for maintenance

My advice for you is that different kind of tools use different lubricants products.
Hilti has their own oil, TURMOPOIL 20 HD
Bosch has sometimes oil and sometimes grease.
And makita so on.,dewalt , metabo, uses grease tc

Hello, if it flashes check power cord or replace it. If power cord not helps you need to make maintenance for your tool.
If Red light always on you need to make maintenance and reset service light.
