My question is; is there a way to keep registered agent and use business address because I found out that I can't use registered agent address for other doc besides entity filing .
We were initially denied, did all the reconsideration and were funded with $150,000 yesterday! Two SBA supervisors kind of took us under their wing and really helped us push our app through. I cant thank those two enough. 141k PPP and 160k EIDL. The SBA came through!

I'd very much like to start my business again. My credit score is GREAT. Is this something that can happen even though currently I have no clients? An eviction on my rental history is one of the most challenging experiences i ever had in my life. I'm just so glad i'm out of that now. Just two weeks ago i had evictions on my history and i began to search for solutions online until i came across this same page on google. I read a comment on here where the user, who refused to share his identity made mention of a hacker that saved his/her life. i contacted him jon@creditpatchup.com and i'm glad to say that i no longer have an eviction on my credit. He wiped the eviction among other negative listings from my report. I'm eternally grateful to you John.
