- Today we take a look at Head Office VMware UK Ltd, 3PR, Flow 1 &, 2 The Causeway, Staines TW18 3FA.
We speak to security about a public charging station that is listed to be on site and then resume the video from the public footpath.
We get to the end and then bump into security again but this time he has a member of staff with him who wants answers.

I was once desperately low on vehicle charge and followed Google Maps to the nearest charging station only to find it was behind a locked gate on an industrial estate.
I know its just for illustrative purposes but its genuinely valuable to remove unavailable charging points from maps so thanks 👍🏻

The lady soon shut herself down, when she was made to realise that she had absolutely no power, over a member of the public. Her personal comments I believe, she will regret, after watching herself on this video. And rightly so. She was not a good ambassador for the company at all. Very poor customer service skills, and the dismissal she tried to give you, was very dissappointing.
That certainly needs to be addressed by her seniors. I feel she needs re-training in that aspect, it was horrid to watch I must say.
The security man however was excellent, and conducted himself very well indeed.
She was a bit difficult to find, but I now know her name, address, mobile number and email address.

As a SIA Licence holder, your videos are fantastic. It is very good for educational purposes for me and I hope you do get good money for each video, due to the stress you have to deal with each confrontation. In my experience, I am really disgusted how poor Security Companies are in giving advice to Security staff how to handle these kinds of situations, but this Security Guard handled the situation very well. I do understand Company Managements concern, as the terrorist threat level is at Substantial, but seriously Company Representatives really need to do their home work, as they really do put their foot in it. You do a good job exposing their lack of knowledge.
Security was very good. Shame about the female whatever. Enjoy the calm and positive way you controlled the discussion and made her look what she is.
Security , absolute delight. The woman in the end at least leaned in and listened.
I love the fact they have an emergency throw line . However by the the time you ring up to get the code , and you receive the the code input the code remove the line get ready to throw the line they are about a mile down river . I think it needs improving.

There is an office building near me owned by one of those dodgy companies owned by the council which has these BP Pulse chargers in the car park. Usually they are either blocked all day by staff or they are switched off. They obvioulsy just don't want public in their car park.

DJ missed it by a few years 😆!!! Along River Park Avenue 2015 and 2016, cones with yellow-black tape were placed along the street to prevent parking. Prior people parked on both sides so it was narrow; the 2017 street view shows double lines added on both sides. Great video! ⭐⭐⭐👍

Chargenaster is just the old branding that BP bought to make BP Pulse. I would have listed it as "not open to the public" rather than closed. Zap Map is far more accurate and detailed for this sort of info.
