She would’ve probably gotten aggressive with the owner. Mother dogs are very protective at that stage in the puppies’ development

How do you suggest someone help? I agree, I can't really understand just from this video why she kept going back n forth over and over. Or why she is so stressed and worried. But I don't think she would have liked anyone else to touch her babies. I could be wrong though. Perhaps she really did not want the camera person to touch them because she had been abused 🤷🏼♀️ but can't be sure just from this video

Poor little mom is a nervous wreck. I feel so bad for her. She wants to be a good mommy, but needs some help. Nature will help her to eventually get the hang of things. I do think that the person filming this could have given her some help, though. I hated seeing her scratch her little paws out of frustration.
