- A couple pregnant doe and their offspring enjoy something to eat. One of the little ones walks right up to me within arms reach, a pleasant surprise close up. The others argue over the swing until the swing swings and one of them remains behind stopping the swinging swing to enjoy the snacks.

I can't wait to see new fawns either, they should be born next month. It will be interesting to see how long it takes for them to make an appearance, I'll have to keep my eyes peeled! ☺️❤

Little moments, like an unfamiliar deer coming up close, are some of my fondest memories, I was excited to have captured this even though it wouldn't be that unusual for one of the twins to walk right up looking for a snack.😊♥️

I could have reached out and touched that one, and I stayed farther back trying not to bother them! I almost thought it had to be a twin, but I didn't see any of the regulars in the yard. That's one thing about the fawns, they are very curious. Even when their mother stays back I've had their fawns come check me out, I just don't see them enough to know who is who after they grow up much.😊❤

They can get a bit greedy the more of them are around, the expecting mothers no longer as willing to share with their own offspring. One of them decided it would be safer near the strange two legged creature that always seems to show up at the same time the food arrives!
