Pile number 2. Not me crying with you. Thank you words I needed to hear. 2023 was such a difficult year. Felt like I was fighting for my mental health, my life, my marriage, to try to find the will to kept going and not give up. Just felt like I needed a break. Even though my life has been great because I've been healing and being delulu some situations continue to happen that needs to end but out of my control. I felt this is the message that I needed.
Exercising the mind and the spirit is the same as exercising the body. The body is the literal manifestation of both the spirit and mind and so they must function with the same laws. If you never worked out a day in your life, you don’t start by going to a body building gym and working 5 hours. You’ll be so sore for the next week or more, that you’ll never do it again. You start working out by going to a simple, inclusive gym for about 30-45 min and do about 10 different exercises with minimal weight. Now apply to mediation and spiritual practice.

Good Morning Kloee 🤍 I’m grateful to see a new video from you this bright and wonderful morning. I have been trying to heal (physically) after neglecting myself for several years (getting medical help, trying to correct my blood pressure, my cholesterol) and I have been failing miserably at doing what my doctors are telling me to do because I’m currently in school full time and working 40 hours a week. And it’s a lot. And the devil steps in when I choose to let my thoughts take over and I turn to turning my mind off with dumb mobile games. All the time I spend doing that, I could be getting more schoolwork done or going to the gym. And it’s been a really hard time. I definitely think I’m going to need to cry a little more. Haha 😂
