Pile 3 was EXACTLY what I've been dealing with. The holidays have been rough for me the past few years, but this year both of my grandparents are in the nursing home and my cousin, who usually hosts Christmas, is super sick and just lost her brother. So I'm probably spending Christmas alone or switching up when and how I celebrate. Also, I've been so stressed about money lately and not enjoying life. I definitely need to find my groove again and find more things that bring me joy and set me up financially for my future. I needed to hear this!

I want to share my dancing style that I created during the lockdown. It helps people work on their self worth, self esteem, their own unique identity, to develop your value all based on everything within you, to challenge the fear of being seen dancing in public while everyone is watching you.
It's really fun and I do it dressed up in public to entertain people everywhere I go.
It puts you into an energy similar to a child, where you move your body without being self conscious.
Many people don't have access to avenues to work on those areas of themselves and it's very beneficial if you have that more uplifting energetic energy.

I'm about to make a big career change, going from what paid well but capped and something not in my nature (engineering and construction) to my lifelong dream (social work therapy). But that lifelong dream, though now a reality in that it is now possible and before it wasn't, requires Divine Action, as well. Pile three: I am in really deep nervous system recovery after months of houseless survival mode, but also somatically processing and releasing a lot of childhood trauma and realizing the patterns that have been playing out in my nervous system for a very long time. When you said you’re having a hard time breathing, I am sitting here and functional freeze, not really taking the deepest breath’s. And the embodiment, literally being shown over and over again by my guides and this is in alignment with somatic experiencing and poly vagal theory, that the way to heal my nervous system is too slow down and be with my body in a playful, enjoyable way, which I was not able to do as a child.
Slowing down is so important for nervous system healing, and so is play . It’s been so hard to do either of those things, because my nervous system a freak out about if I’m going slow enough, too slow or if it’s even OK to play.
