how did you clean it up so well? i have a pair from 20 years ago and really want to wear them again but the toe box is just so nasty to touch now. how did you get all of that off the shoe?

I will say from cleaning the suede/nubuck has got lighter not as deep brown but very happy with the result still and to be able to wear again is always good 😊
@@WoodsyWears Yea it still looks great. I wouldnt mind it being slightly lighter if all the black stains are out. Are you planning to redye to the toe box black? If I can some how get everything as clean as yours I would be very very happy. I was looking at my pair last night and was going to give up hope. I am really looking forward to this video. There is still hope for these shoes!
@seanchan7916 yeh I have stained it black but it’s a light black the felt doesn’t seem to grab the colour well, I’m off work this coming weekend so planning to film then been lacking so much to film such little time , the main reason I hadn’t just cracked on a cleaned was due to wanting to film the process so people have reference while also wanting footage of them dirty and messed up for another video talking about the 2013 slams to compare the two.
