As an entrepreneur there are so many things I know now that I didn't when I started. I highly suggest ppl do tons of research before just starting. Just a few tips.. you can also get what's called a virtual address like I did for 9.99 per month. My mail goes to a staples and that's the address for my LLC. Also don't forget to get your actual business license in your municipality. The LLC doesn't cover you for that 😊 This business didn't work out for me but I will create something else Lord willing! Keep the faith everyone. We're on our way to becoming Millionaires 🙏🏾

Great overview, Tony! However in reality people need to do some serious market research before they even look to start any business to make sure there is DEMAND for their product/service. There's nothing worse than working your ass off in a business you're passionate about that nobody wants. Of course, you can learn a lot from the failure, but at the end of the day a business is created to make money. And consistently starting businesses with zero demand becomes draining and ppl will give up. I'm talking from experience. If it were that easy, I'd have been a millionaire by now with all the things I've started and worked on. There's also no point in creating an LLC if the product or service isn't generating steady, increasing revenue. If a person's business idea is starting to grow and generate more & more income, then naturally forming an LLC is a natural progression. Most regular people won't make ANY MONEY if they don't have marketing (and sales too, but at the very least marketing) effectively setup. Nobody will be buying your blanket, ordering from your restaurant (S/O to Keith Lee), visit your blog, clicking on your affiliate link & placing an order, buying your merch, etc if the public doesn't know you exist. Ppl will either need to hire a marketing agency, hire an independent marketer, be a marketing genius & do their own marketing, or be an influencer with a large and engaged following. Sure ppl can also seek out a nano or micro influencer and see if they'll promote the product or service for free. Ppl can also try to make their product/service go viral on Tik Tok (or any other social media platform) which is always nice......IF their post goes viral. I will say that a viral video does not necessarily translate into website visits (if someone had products to sell on their website, for example), nor to conversions. Nobody is buying from you if they don't know your business exists and your product/service doesn't solve a problem of theirs. Ppl also need to know, like and trust you. Look at how many hundreds of ppl per day walk past kiosks in a busy mall.....and that's in person! And many kiosks I have seen belong to large corporations, not just a random person selling crafts or baked goods. If it were that easy, everyone would be doing it, especially during this recession/high inflation era we're in.
