I heard this song on Radio 2 one night driving back from Essex down the M20.. "Amy MacDonald? Never heard of her, but I love this song.. must find out more".. Now, got both albums and regularly play them back-to-back while working. I've heard the new track and love it too. I am looking forward to the new album.

Amy is 1/2 of the female singers that I listen to regularly (the other being Amy Lee). It's just so refreshing to have a female songwriter than can write about something other than 'their terrible love lives' or 'that fact that being famous/rich/pretty is so terrible' that's played on the radio 24/7

This is by far one her best. I watched her on TV performing on some Morning show and she was even better live than in the video here. She's truly talented and has a talented band. (Can't forget those guys either. They work too =))
It's easy to write a song expressing such a sentiment when you're as gorgeous as Amy is. I'm not saying she's relied on it, or even used it deliberately, but it sure helps being beautiful when you're trying to get noticed.
