Isaac from Golden Sun is a mod for Super Smash Bros. Brawl that is being worked on by the PMEX REMIX team! He's still in development, but you can get updates for him in the REMIX official discord!

I felt like there was a bit too much time spent between the Psynergy hands saving Mario and Isaacâs splash screen, but other than that, it was phenomenal!

Words cannot express how amazing this is. The fact that you make these just screams passion. Faithfully recreating Banjo and Kazooieâs moves with their original sounds, how Samus used the morph ball?! WHAT! Even the detail with the wave coming out from the morph ball was an excellent detail. Watching this gave me nostalgia all while giving me the hype that smash reveals do. You are truly one of a kind. I know this takes hard work, but please donât ever stop doing work like this.

Such a shame that we don't have the return of Subspace Emissary. Interactions like this with an actual plot is exactly what Ultimate needs.
I still hope someone like this guy gets the idea to make a mod where World Of Light is more like Subspace Emmisary and less like the dumpster fire story we got in Ultimate.
Please give me that somebody (That plus make a mod that throws in Break The Targets and Smash Run).
And to think that the Subspace Emissary was crapped on for so long. I don't play Smash anymore but Brawl was my favourite.
The sub space emissary was sooo good! And the comedic moments of characters that would never meet at times was very well done. World of light is pretty mid ngl
First, with the amount of characters we have in the game, it's realistically impossible to have Subspace Emissary back. Second, no, Ultimate doesn't "need" it. That's entitled af. Ultimate already has countless of characters, stages, music, collectibles, items, etc etc. And all this with DLC on top of it. The game's beyond amazing after all this. I do wish some characters got in, but who cares cuz we got Ridley, Banjo, K. Rool, Steve, Sans, Sora. We already got amazing characters, and we don't need to add more of em. In conlcusion, while I love Emissary, no, Ultimate doesn't "need" crap. Be happy with what we have

He also deserves this, and after I knew him existed I watched the whole walkthrough of his game. And apparently I even managed to find a short footage of iQue sin and punishment of the game, and he has a name, but Nintendo of China did not him and other characters enough effort because they just put his english name in the game. But Cloud got his name after the dlc.

I disagree, the process of character selection has definitely been humbling over the years. I personally had to look into the character and his in game dynamic to try an answer the question of what he would bring to a fighting game
When you are young, I think the idea of having all your favorite toys together is what you think the whole world needs. When you get older you put away childish things
This was so well made it and seeing Banjoâs modern character model run around like that made me want a new Banjo even more.
On my soul, that âuh-ohâ move was famously debuted with the original banjo-kazooie when they use the red feather launch pad. This was too good. đ„

The Newcomer Tagline *âIsaac lends a handâ* is so good never thought of that. I love the whole setup for the Trailer and when the Golden Sun music kicked in I legit got goosebumps like I would any other Smash Trailer also Min Min making an appearance is based, wouldnât mind seeing more of her.

You honestly breathed new life to Golden Sun in just one trailer. It was breathtaking, especially the music that complemented Isaac's reveal along with the lighthouse appearing off distance. While Isaac might not be in smash, here's hoping a new 3D Golden Sun comes out and more people can get into the series, both old and new fans alike.
This is my first time ever coming across your content. And let me tell you, Golden Sun holds such a special place in my heart from my experiences with the series as a kid. Always hoping Isaac, Felix, Garrett, SOMEONE would show up as fully playable in Ultimate, has led to me legit shedding a tear watching this trailer. Absolute masterclass. And such an incredible way to put some respect on Isaac.

@@FumblesWumbles Nintendo said that Golden Sun was made to compete with the Sony's RPG market at the time. However Nintendo has Xenoblade and a good amount of third party support, so Golden Sun is no longer important to Nintendo.

I havenât played one in a very long time (10ish years) but Iâm willing to bet they hold up relatively well despite to movement of gba being a little slow. Definitely games worth emulating, for sure play 1 and 2 on your phone if you have an Android

Wow...perfect love letter to Isaac!! I got chills when the music came in and I realised it was the Elemental Stars signalling the arrival of our boy like divine intervention! And of COURSE he'll square off against Master Hand, it just makes perfect sense :) I also don't know if it was intentional but I like how the major "story beats" involved the four elements - fishing on the Water, Fox's Arwing exploding with Fire, the other fighters on Earth, and finally Banjo-Kazooie attacking from the Air. :D

With all these swordsman in smash now, itâs refreshing to see one who uses magic over his sword-this makes the character more 3-dimensional.

MAGNIFICENT! OUTSTANDING! AMAZING! We almost never get to see master hand in action through cutscene animation, and seeing this was glorious. Especially hearing his grand laugh as the brawl theme played... it was BEAUTIFUL, please do more!

I also really hope that Conker eventually gets added into this game at some point sooner rather than later. Heâs also in Smash 64 Remix, he has a lot of moveset potential with stuff like Context Sensitive, and it would feel really great to see him reunited with all the other "Rareware" characters with DK, Diddy, King K. Rool and Banjo. Yeah sure other characters like Rayman, Crash, Spyro, etc. would be cool too, but I think given all that context (No pun intended) I think he would genuinely be hype. Imagine having the trailer very similar to the King K. Rool and Banjo reveals but with Steve as the fake out eating his steak. That would be *hilarious.* LOL
Nice trailer by the way, it looks *super good!* I hope Isaacâs finishing touches comes out before the end of this year, but I kinda doubt that with there no being any specific release date. Still excited nonetheless. Iâm very excited for King K. Rool and especially Skull Kid too. I didnât know Min Min was coming so soon as well though, so thatâs even more neat news to me. The hype train for PMEX Remix in general is through the roof and yet we havenât even reached version "1.0" yet. Easily better than Ultimate, no doubt about it. Great stuff all around! :)
Absolutely! Conker would feel right at home in this mod. Would be awesome seeing like a more updated version of his SR moveset, with a side special (possibly Franky the Pitchfork) and maybe this time with a more spot on take on his Context Sensitive ability, since obviously that would be too much for a Smash 64 moveset. It'd also be really hype seeing an hd version of BFD Conker's design animated in the reveal trailer with the over the top shenanigans that the character's known for, and see what kind of interactions he'd have with the other characters.
@@me-xz8zf I *would* try to at the very least try and make the character and stages myself if it wasnât for the fact that itâs all complicated to mod to begin with and that somebody probably already has the idea of putting him in anyways. Itâs a huge bummer too because if it was a lot easier to program characters for, (Not even easy in of itself necessarily, but at least close to being as easy as Rivals of Aether or Mugen) then I wouldâve started making lots of characters a long time ago. Apparently the guy who helped animate this cinematic, started animating for Krystalâs moveset over a year ago and obviously hasnât surfaced yet, so when even she isnât out yet it really does demotivate me. I have faith that someone else will though considering that we got Banjo in the last update and King K. Rool coming in the next, so hopefully the absolute worst case scenario is that he gets added into 0.97 with the exact same moveset as the one he has in Smash 64 Remix. (Even though he has a lot more potential than even that obviously) Iâm not saying anyone has to forcefully work on him either, but considering the fact that "leaks" arenât allowed and that we are completely in the dark for some of them, I think it should be fair to say that they at least *should consider* it.
I mean, I donât know how to animate whatsoever. I donât even have a PC yet, Iâm just *assuming* that Iâll hopefully get one for Christmas even though I havenât had one in well over a decade as a child. You think someone like *me* would be up o the task with a more popular character like Conker? I donât think so⊠I might have future ambitions for other more "obscure" things, but Iâm not gonna be *that* unrealistic and overzealous for something I have absolutely no knowledge on even with a lot of time. I just donât have the patience for all of it, I want to relax and have fun, and in retrospect all of this makes me praise the modders in this community even harder, because *dammit* I canât even get my mind around the idea of animating for Blender alone.
Iâm just happy that the PMEX Remix and Project M community in general seem to agree with wanting Conker in so highly. Anytime a specific character gets brought up, anything mentioning him is always the one ranking highest in likes, so if nothing else it at least gives me some hope. I could really use some right about now after how utterly disappointing the Smash Ultimate DLC characters were overall. All that hype up for King K. Rool and Banjo with no third repeated trailer to finish the Rare trilogy is still absolute blasphemy for me to this day. Iâm not mad that Steve got in either, Iâm just mad that we have to get more JRPG anime swordfighters. Square Enix had three DLC reps with two of them in volume 2), so I donât understand why Microsoft couldnât. Ugh, I donât even like thinking about any of that anymore, it doesnât matter anyways. Itâs Nintendo, they donât care.
Sorry for the excessive amount of text in this huge mountain by the way, Iâm just so upset that a perfect opportunity was thrown away and that I care too much. Maybe I shouldnât even be asking for Conker to begin with. I donât want to set an unrealistically high expectation (Despite crazier characters already being in this) and the Smash Ultimate community in general has rotted my brain to the point where I donât even want to think about Smash as a concept existing most of the time. Iâve only come to terms with being excited with stuff like PMEX Remix and Smash 64 Remix because there *are* people who care, which is understandably hard to come by since Nintendo likes to nuke everything.
All I simply hope for is that no matter how long I need to wait, that he would end up being totally worth it. I would be happy for the rest of my life if I can get this game with all of the characters it already has, Conker, all of the other characters that appeared in Ultimate, (Except the Miiâs probably) and maybe even just *some* of the others we know have been in development. *Honest.*
TLDR: I would make stuff myself but Iâm too stupid and donât even have the resources to do it yet without a PC. I have faith heâll be made one day though even considering the fact that Iâm a lot more pessimistic these days about being open minded to wild ideas. Itâs a fan mod though, and crazier things have already happened in it in just the past 1-3 years, so heyâŠ
I'd love to see all these characters, and even Dixie Kong to make the rareware family feel more complete, but it's all up to the creator.

There isnât any one specific creator making the PMEX Remix mod, its mostly a collaboration with other modders. âŠJokes aside, Dixie Kong would be great too, but Iâd be way more hyped for Conker overall tbh. *He deserves it* and shouldâve been added into "Ultimate" to begin with.

I just adore these animated trailers, I can't imagine the amount of effort that goes into making them and I appreciate you taking the time for the community. You guys do an amazing job and I hope you can continue like this for many years to come.
