Wetsuit advice: Use plastic bags on your feet and hands, it will make it 10x easier to get into. Body Glide on ankles, wrists, back of neck.
Also turn it inside out as you put your feet in and grab from the inside. You are going to put rips into it grabbing it the way you are. The outside are fairly delicate and fingernails go right through.

I am loving these videos towards Ironman. Motivating me to do a 1/2 Ironman next year. What video was Steph’s recipe for bbq chicken? Trying it this weekend?
Read the athlete guide, know the course and where the aid stations are. And extra tip, baby oil on the forearms and lower legs helps remove the wetsuit a bit easier (apply wearing glove or plastic bag).
I love the iron man content. But I also can’t wait till it’s over so we can see more bodybuilding, calorie challenges, bpn insides and all that good stuff

First timers tend to think they have to push all the way up to race day. Resist the urges! You should have a plan, stick to it. Less is more at this point.
This is the phase to let your body absorb all the training and not to do anything that hurts you for race day. I.e. heavy lifting days or adding in workouts. Trust the process!

Hey Nick a good pro tip is to put grocery store bags over your feet before sliding them into the suit so you dont have to pull on the suit as hard.

Nick my tip would be = either in training or racing, don't fall in the trap of chasing lost time, you really can't do it. If u do missed workout instead of planned off day you will risk the quality and consistency of the next few days / phase of your training.. In race if u need a wc break or have a technical and decide to try to catch the lost time you will bonk out quite fast in the latter part of the marathon...

Cotton Candy grapes are so good. We get them each time we see them at the store
Not sure whether you did this or not as the clip cut short but as you are pulling your arms up on the wesuit you need to do the same from your lower abdomen / hips all the way up the front of your suit this will slacken up your entire upper body and allow you to move more freely and extend more comfortably. Have someone do it for your back as well.
As you grab a handful of the suit you want to pull it up and then already be grabbing the next handful with your alternate hand before letting go, this will let you keep pulling a lot of slack all the way up.
You may have done this - hard to tell due to clips cutting in and out.
