I have oily skin, the matte looked good on me but at the same time I needed hydration idk how to explain this lol
Typical Female try using the matte primer with the hydrating foundation or the hydrating primer with the matte foundation. That’s what I do and it works perfectly for my combination skin.

Felt this same happens with me I used the old fenty too but I paired it with dewy illuminating setting spray. That helps me girl
Typical Female it makes sense! I feel the same way. If I use too many matifying products my skin will over compensate by producing more oil. So hydration + matte gives my skin better balance

That foundation is BAE😍😍😍. I wore it for a wedding this past weekend with with the concealer and i had to do ABSOLUTELY NO TOUCH UP. It's definitely my go-to foundation. And it was my perfect shade which is extremely hard to find for me
