Not gonna lie, I was more emotionally attached to this chicken, than I was to any character in the game

So true! :') I watched this trailer and I really wanted the chicken to survive and be free. However, in Skyrim, you get pissed off because if you kill or even punch a chicken, you've already earned a death sentence.

This game hit a huge core in me as a kid, I've replayed it 8-9 times.
It made me absolutely infatuated with the idea of revolution, I still watch this intro and get goosebumps.

I personally loved this game, played through the story at least 10 times, although that didn't take long because the story was so short, but hey, still loved the shit out of this game lol

I use to hate this game and love Fable 2. Now I have the exact opposite feeling.
The side quests are easily the best in the series, and when I got to that year before the finale I barely had enough money (I was lowering the rent on property so they paid the bare minimum.)
It definitely hit me as for how sometimes you need to push a bit harder to do what needs to be done (I raised rent so damn high while doing side quests lol)
I was sad that I thought this chicken died but at the start of the game a black chicken goes out of the kitchen so he survived :D

Also nobody talks about how interesting it is that the chickens feather landed on the window of which behind it is the future hero. Cause yknow, Theresa was talking about a hero whilst the chicken was suffering.

I watched it again years after the release and I had watery eyes at some moments of the intro.
I like how 2 years ago, everyone is criticizing Fable 3. I thought it was the shit for those 2 years. Since everyone is shouting their opinion, why don't I join in? I loved Fable 3. Same with Fable 2. I liked the storyline, the panning and dramatic moments. These are jewels among many games. They have their own style, not to mention an original way of making a game. I haven't stumbled across a game remotely like Fable. The voices are good, the visuals are good, the story is short but good. Also, Fable creators give you a lot of choice on what to do. What type of leader you want to be, what do you want to advance in, and if you really want to follow the story line or not. I especially liked the "Reaver's unmentionables" quest. It was hilarious, and I enjoyed every little detail. I have no idea what these people are talking about. Fable 3 has all good qualities. Maybe not the best, but, they are past decent. This opening cinematic was just something the creators worked on a bit more. People should be grateful the creators worked on as much as they did. Jesus. Play the whole game, explore and look at the details before complaining about how disappointing the game is.
The people who criticized it moved onto other games, while those who enjoy it and didn't criticize it, now come back to praise it.
Even the dlc in this game was good

Fable TLC is my fav
The story can be kinda weak but some the quests are interesting and unique and the twist with your brother Logan is surprisingly interesting and a good twist because he is painted as a bad guy throughout the whole game and then you realise he is just trying to protect his people from the future invasion and is kinda overprotective he has good intentions and is surprising a interesting character
While I may have shit on the game at the time, even now, it makes me miss the days of coming home from school, and making anew character that is have at the end of the story by the time I went to bed.
Or the nights I’d come home from the skatepark and hit the old fable 1/tlc and hit that up for a couple days, move on to 2, and finish 2 for a trilogy run.
Now, here I am at 22 years of age. Well, here’s a toast to a future fable 4 ladies and gents!👍🏽

Miguel Aguilar, someone hasn't been keeping up to date, Lionhead has shut down, it no longer exists so no, Lionhead would not be making the game.
If you actually paid attention to E3 you'd know Playground games are making an open world game, and it's pretty clear that's going to be Fable 4.

After so many year, this cinematic intro tear me always up, there is so much emotions in this, sadly it's not the same in the game but I still love everything that around that game.

The one thing that fable 3 suceeded in the most was the story, I got invested the moment this intro finished playing.

Because it's fun to see. Fable was always a great comedy. It had that extremely serious dark tone balanced by a great solid comical and cynical base. It was never taking itself too seriously and expected the audience to do the same, like in bitter-sweet daily life... a very realistic approach and interpretation of reality masked as a fantasy tale. That was Fable was special at and for. A Fable that was not a fable in the end.

The game was pretty bad, but this intro was brilliant; it gave a reason to players to care about the rebellion, and presented the world of Albion in an era of depression.

My friend started this game today and I cried while watching this. This hurt me so bad.
Ik that all of the protagonist after the first game are the fable 1 hero Descendants and fable 2 takes place 500 years after the first game and so how is threasa alive ? And since she is the sister of fable 1 hero . That makes her our great ( over many times over ) aunt in fable 3 .

One of the central driving features of the Fable games is the multiverse theorey and it's been their excuse for multiplayer since Fable 2. In one universe the chicken was pursued out the door by the cook. In every universe we get to play in, the cook gave up and went back to his duties as soon as the chicken was out the door. From then the fate of the chicken is up to you. Will you let her live or will you follow her to the end of the garden and kick her to death? I always leave her be.
It's life mate. Everybody dies one day. Especially under the reign of Logan.

i love it , when jackasses like bioware show their over sexed characters with graphics that you will never see in the game or will be in the game , lionhead cinematic is about chicken . Simply brilliant , best trailer ever made .
