Judge Funmi is so wonderful with the judgment. Two things I like about the judgment: 1. Put the marriage on hold, 2. You will refund every penny if the paternity is negative. This will actually send a warning signal to many ladies who use pregnancy to hold a man. That means, a man can actually charge a woman to court for refund if paternity tests for the children are negative.

If she had done the scan it would have showed that she had a miscarriage. This is not uncommon for a woman to get pregnant and miscarried and pregnant again. I believed her that she don't know what happened. Some women have their period throughout pregnancy. I know of women didn't know that they were pregnant because of this. I applaud the young man for addressing his concern before the baby is born.
Especially first time pregnant mothers. My sister didn't know she's pregnant until it's several months old lol

Nice my ass! Can 20000.00 Naira substain a pregnant lady monthly? , knowing fully that he might be responsible for the pregnancy. I can't see any sign of infidelity on the part of the lady. She probably fake the earlier date of the pregnancy because she wanted to tie him down but God later answered her prayer. However this is only my assumption, I might be too hazy with my assumption. Again, I cannot fault the guy about the amount he is prepared to be giving this lady monthly because I don't know how deep his pocket is and also he is having some doubts about the baby's parthanity though he did not state the reasons for his doubts otherthan the pregnancy timeline.

This is the problem with some ladies, once they see a nice guy they try to trap him, then they end up being a single mother; you can’t trap a man with pregnancy he will end up resenting you, this is a clear case of her telling him she was pregnant then heard his response that he was ok with it, then she proceeded in getting herself pregnant for him on purpose; such a evil act.
I don't think it's a trap, what happened to her is most likely, it has happened to a friend of mine who was even a registered nurse and because of her curiosity, she got answers. This girl is just naive and the guy as well. I wish them luck. The guy is a nice person

I honestly thought this as well but if you look at her you can tell she is telling the truth. She is not yelling or pointing accusing fingers she just doesn’t know what happened. Especially since she was seeing her period throughout she is naive and lost the pregnancy earlier on and she thought it was her monthly.
A lady trapped my husband with a child that he 100% knew was not his. But because his parents forced his hand, he continued looking after the child until age 14, although he protested on deaf ears. When he and I had our son, that's when he really started to press for the dna test. He carried one here in the UK, and his parents refused to believe and accept the result, so he did grandparent and grandchild paternity tests in Nigeria and both recorded that he was not the father. Bearing in mind that the baby mother and her family insulted him throughout the time he was caring for the child, she and her family had the audacity to tell him he needed to continue paying for the child even though they were presented with the test results.

She wasn't pregnant the first time. She wanted him to marry her. Which ante natal was she registered for that the hospital has no plan for a scan. If she had threatened abortion, it won't be a nurse asking her to do scan. And if the fetus died in her, she would have needed an evacuation.

This was a very interesting episode. I love the judge's ruling. She better not collect a dime from him if she knows it's not his child and if it is discovered not to be she will pay back every dime with interest. Courts should rule that way here in America.
She lied abt been pregnant frm the beginning to Knw how d guy really feels abt her, she got a gud reaction from him then she eventually got pregnant and cudnt tk bk her words nd be truthful wit him, I believe his the biological father of the unborn baby is jx the timing and lies that’s mkn him doubtful. The lady is most likely innocent. I think what she had at first was a chemical pregnancy and considering that she was seeing her period and had no pregnancy symptoms, it means she miscarried early on in the first pregnancy and a scan during that time would have shown that the pregnancy was no longer there.
She most likely got pregnant again along the line and a gynecologist would have been able to explain better to them if they had asked for explanation.
Anyways, let's see what the DNA test has to say.
