Hello Sir, in the Incisions for Appendectomy, isnt no.4 McBurney's and no.6 Lanz, as Lanz incision is more transverse and McBurney's is more oblique?

And suggest is due to the presence of stellate myeopithelial and matrix material in the background possibility of pleomorphic adenoma needs to excluded. Sir, Isn't Class 2 of shock classified as mild?
In the question pertaining to reduced urine output, you mentioned class 2 but marked moderate as the answer.
Reduced urine output starts from class 3 moderate stage.. it's also called decompensated stage.. blood loss is 30-40%
2 is mild but urine output drops first in 3 - moderate
