Agreed, id say even buying 1/10 is a mistake too, i only get it for gifts 🎁 to nieces and nephews but never to stack though
Very true. I have a small stack of them just in case gold does a moon shot. I can trade or sell tenth oz a lot easier than a full oz at any time. Overall though, I agree with your sentiment.
I’v never bought 1/10 oz gold coin. 1/4 oz what I mostly buy. Since Gold is hovering around, it’s all I can afford. One a month

Small size Gold Bars will be more liquid after SHTF. Yes, you will Pay more now for Small Bars. But your Gold will be worth a lot more when you have it in small bars. So you should have Gold in many various size Bars.

I buy from my local dealer. For private silver rounds they do $1.25 over spot. For gold they do between 8-15% depending on the mint.
I only buy from them because out if all the places and websites I've been to, they are the best.
Lcs alot of times are reasonable on 1g.some charge the same amount per gram regardless of how much u buy.i will buy grams,then trade up.

Save up and buy the larger stuff. Smallest I'll buy is tenth oz, but I typically don't buy them unless it's a good deal. I stick to 1/4oz or 1oz. Just save up.
