I never considered footpegs to be a worthy upgrade, but these are truly one of a kind! These flex mount pegs from @motionfactoryracing5914 are pretty unique, and help out both off-road and on! I've had these on the bike for a few weeks now and been really enjoying the slight flex and absorption it provides.

Pivot Pegz from Australia have been around forever.
I'm assuming whoever thought these up rides MTB because of the pin setup (as well as the twist!) the lesser amount of pins should mean the pressure on them is actually more than the spread of the OEM cage style pegs. Nobody makes a cage pedal for MTB anymore, the pin setup is far superior. These look cool, I just need a bike to put them on 😅
Nice upgrade! Aesthetically, those look pretty sweet. I picked up a some Pivot Pegz a a while ago and for off-road they are a game changer over stock but yours look to be more adjustable.
Have to admit, they do look the part! I forgot about pivot pegz honestly, but I prefer the adjustability of these and the use of rubber bushings over springs.
That's a pretty cool idea. I bet that the fact that they can change based on the bushing makes it easier to set up the bike in a few minutes depending on the type of riding you'll be doing
Definitely, on my first ride I took all the bushing sets and an allen wrench to do quick swaps. I think for the street I prefer the 80A and off road I prefer 90A.
@@lexdfox useability at its finest 🤙🏼
Was that proctor valley rd you were riding on? Have always wanted to go riding around the hills of otay
Yup! No ghosts though, maybe I need to ride it again at night.
@lexdfox lol where I learned to drive when I was a kid 🤙🏼
Got em on a spare bike. . Don't like em. They feel weird and the pin through the middle holds mud like crazy.
absolute newb question at working on bikes but I'm always anxious about overtightening bolts - how do you judge how tight to go when you were replacing the bushings/tightening them down?
After a while you get a feel for the appropriate torque, usually just a slight turn past snug. I would recommend T handles, with the shape of them you can only apply so much torque to them. Or even a small torque wrench in inch pounds and look up the spec.
Oh hell no. Need solid pegs...
