The Orphan of Kos

The conclusion to The Old Hunters DLC brings the hunter to the edge of the coast to discover what the Old Hunters were hiding: The corpse of a seemingly dead Old One and something known as "The Orphan". The ending raises more questions than answers, as a Lovecraftian story should... but Lovecraft fans will immediately point out what this could allude to.
