This is a dramatization of the true story where Tampa Florida chemist Xuming Li tries to poison his upstairs neighbor Umar Abdullah.

I had a noisy upstairs neighbor who I did speak with about the situation. They allowed their kid to ride a tricycle on hardwood floors in the condo after “quiet time” (9PM). Their landlord paid me a visit and said “My tenants aren’t the problem. If you’re bothered by something, maybe you should move.”

I love this new style you're doing. I would definitely watch this every week. This is great!!!!! I remember living on the second floor. We never had a neighbor below us, but when we did I made sure to be quiet when they were home. She was cool and told me that she mostly sleeps out, that if we're loud she's never home to hear it.
