Great video 👍😄
Hey bro, been watching your videos a lot, have loads of respect for the love and information you share to people like me who wants to learn boxing around the world. Do you know an official site where i can buy the Winning facebar, genuine retailer, this particular model is ? I am asian and I am 5'9 about 135-140lbs , I want a lasting headgear for sparring and protection, I know winning fg5000 is good right but its super expensive and I dont know if Amazon ones are legit tho.... need your help on this, lastly have you tried Fighting Headgear Facesaver?
Check out my Winning boxing gloves review guide on my website and that'll give you some links.
I just bought a fairtex hg14 full face headgear. My head fits the Large going off of their sizing chart, but almost at the max size for Large. I put on the headgear. Feels a bit snug around the forehead but nose and below kinda moves when I punch it myself. I'm more of a backyard boxer that usually does 4 pne- minute rounds. You think I should go one size up ?
I think you need a different brand and model entirely.
💀at the backpack analogy - totally know what you mean
hahahah
Sometimes I feel like headgears are jinxed. I have a Cleto Reyes with the cheek protectors and every time I wear it, I get injured. Like bruised ribs, a black eye or something negative happens. I have a UMA with cheek protectors and the UMA facesaver and those are my go to.
Great vid, not enough vids talking about face bars
glad you like it
I haven’t tried on head gear for years. I hope I can relearn how to put them on
hahahah
It’s been so long, I actually forgot how to put on headgear@@expertboxing
Thanks for the video! I just bought headgear and i cant tell if its too small or not. It fits snug but the velcro on the back only goes half way. Should i size up or is it good that its tight like that? The rest of it feels good im just concerned that the velcro not going all the way means its too small...
if it functions well then you’re good. but another thing you can do is try the other size and you’ll know.
Great video! Could you please share the name of your Everlast headgear?
It's the official USA amateur boxing one.
hi John! I saw your video on youtube where u was explaining about how to pick right size for boxing headgear. I have a problem! I got an XL helmez instead of an M. And I can’t fasten the helmet beacuse its too big and thats why stickers can’t be connected. Now im wondering will my helmet match if i made the holes and slipped the laces into them and tightened them that way?
same thing I told you on instagram. overlap the holes in the back and run the laces straight through if it's not too much bigger. otherwise, you can try what you said. hard for me to know without seeing.
@@expertboxingthanks for help!
my size is just a little under 23.5 inches. Im not sure if i should get a large or XL. Got any idea?
if you’re scared, then try it on in a store and see
I need help I’m looking for a 25 or 26 inch headgear could you please help me Thankyou
what do you want me to do?
Hey there! Great video!! Got a question, want to by the winning head gear with the face bar. My head size is 22,65 inch / 57.5 cm. Not sure if I should get Medium (21.0 - 23.0 inch / 54 - 59 cm) or Large (22.5 - 24.5 inch / 57 - 62 cm). Any advice is very much appreciated.
Go Large medium fits quite small
What did you decide I have same query with fly one
@@Rob_wheeldon2002 went for large now. Gonna get it in a year from winning :-)))
What if I want to buy online and can’t try it on
Buy it and if it aint good return it
Is it supposed to squishy your eyes a little bit?
My head is 57cm diameter, what size should i buy?
They are handmade so I recommend you buy in person. But you can also look at their size chart online and estimate yourself.
@@expertboxing where can you buy in person
do u find it harder to see with the face bar head gear?
A little bit more than open face. Just don’t look away from your opponent and you’ll be ok.
When it comes to headgear is it a case of ,you get what you pay for?
Yes. Please read my written guide for a list of factors I care about. And then see how the models you see fit that criteria.
@@expertboxing I just want something with the best vision. I will check your guide. Cheers.
if im on 70 kg wich size u recomend me, M or L ?
the one that fits your head...
expertboxing yes but i cant try it, imma buy it on internet
Follow their sizing charts.
Had the same problem

what about groin protectors ??
That’s very personal. Try them on and see what you like. Some people like bigger for protection, others like smaller for mobility.
What’s a nose bridge ? Do u mean when your nose points up and not flat ? At the tip ?
Your there is a bridge from the tip of your nose to the middle of your eyebrows
the ridge from the tip all the way up. compare a european nose to a black or asian persons nose
This guy lol got jokes bagging on fools heads
hahahaha
