Awww..Wooww. This bhajia recipe is very simple and it looks crispy nice. Could you please do a video also on how to make delicious chicken biryani?❤🙏😊🔥
new friend here.. hello 👋 bhaji’as looks so perfect and yummy 😋. Is all purpose flour same as self rising flour? I have the all purpose flour, do I need to add eno or baking powder in it?
Hi Jay, there’s a difference between self raising & all purpose flour. You don’t need to add baking powder in self raising flour compared to all purpose. You can add a tblspn of baking powder to the all purpose flour & after adding all the ingredients, let the mixture rest for 30 mins b4 frying. Bhajia’s will be nice and soft. Thank you for joining my channel 🙏
Hi Harish, I haven’t tried adding rice flour to bhajia except for in saina. Usually bhajia & pakodas are crispy after frying & gets soft when it cools down.
Hi Sanjeeta Sam Sharma from Brisbane , Australia . I'm also originally from Fiji 🙏 Thanks for this video . Looks very easy and tasty but can I ask how come there is no besan used in this one ? I have never known bhajia been made without besan !! Could you please respond to let me know ?
Hi Sam, yes you can make bhajia without besan except for the taste will be different but tasty as well. Cooking is all about taste and creativity. Sometimes it’s all about availability of resources too. You can search for more videos on CZcams and see for yourself that creators have made bhajia with all purpose flour only. Thank you 🙏

Of course you can. There are so many ways you can make bhajia by using different ingredients. However always rest the mixture for 30 minutes b4 frying

Fiji me spinach bhi milta he??? Muje nahi mila abhi tk 🙄
You can add chauraiya bhaji. I am in the US, we get both here.
Charoiya same as spinach paturiya
I am cooking with rukhsana
Too good. 😋
Self raising flour soaks all oil 🛢
Only if you fry immediately after mixing the ingredients, however if you set it aside for 30 minutes, it comes out fine. Mine didn't soak any oil.
Namaste. Bhajia me rice flour bhi chodta jaye.

Why didnt you add baking powder
Hi Nick, I didn't add baking powder because I have used self raising flour instead of normal flour.
The music so annoying
