It does seem to provide a lower, throaty growl to it. What I can’t stand is the sound from those big coffee can mufflers I see on Hondas and other rice rockets.

It sounds nice but, once you hit the top end it starts breaking up and sounds like those soup cans tuner cars .had better hopes for it , ill pass though . Im looking for a more deep throaty sound. Side note what if you cut the center pipe back and drop them tips behind the wheel ?

We will be trying to straight pipe it soon to see if that improves sound!
Do to the flat under body of the Maverick it would still have to hang lower to come out in front of the wheel unfortunately

It only applies when over $100 is in your cart I believe. The goal for that was to only be with exhaust.

@@PerformanceOnWheelsif by straight pipe you mean catless down pipe then yes you’ll see gains. But leaving oem down pipe and this goes for all makes and models with turbos on them the cat back experience will just be sound to your ears and lightness to your wallet with negligible gains if any, that you’ll never ever feel.

@PerformanceOnWheels I like the sound but definitely want to be able to get to the spare. Saw another video with side exhaust right in front of the passenger rear tire that sounded really good. Might go that route though I think this exhaust has a cleaner look.
