thank you , much appreciated
Thanks so much
I watching your video from Iraq.
Thank you very much. 🌹
I'm glad you found value. I always thought your country had abundance of cheap energy resources. And you didn't have to improvise like we do here :)
@@Balkan_Living you are right. We are an oil country and we have huge reserves of energy. Our winters are mild and pleasant, but our summers are very hot. The problem in our country is that the government is very corrupt. Yes, energy prices are good and cheap. The price of 200 liters of white oil is only $50. But I am trying to be prepared for disasters and interruptions in energy supplies, especially since my country is politically volatile. 🌹
Have you ever considered using dried shredded leaves mixed in with the sawdust and cardboard? I have never made any briquettes yet, but plan to
Yes I have been considering that, but from my experience that kind of briquette will provide more smoke and less heat, because of lesser density. Of the leaves. I also want to try different things for example adding cement in an attempt to make brick that have good isolation properties
What a wonderful idea to solve espicially rural challenges relating to bio fuel
Yeah I was thinking to implement grinder for young branches of vines or fruit trees. You can use it if you have it but I wouldn't recommend buying it just to process waste biomass . Goal is to be self sustainable
good job!!🙂
Бравос бе другар, одлична идеа и оргинално направено видео
Благодарам
Good idea thank you for the video that you made for the good for poor people
I'm glad that you find value
Good luck with your channel, I’m German and live in Ireland. I’m also trying to reduce costs and save energy and money ❤😊
Thank you kindly
Yes l like it 😮
Glad you found vallue in my video
so you can cook plastic and make gas can i do the same with carpet demo?
Not sure I understand what you are asking, care to explain. On melting plastic I think you will need more energy than output process
Grest job. I think it would be more beneficial if you were to add two 15mm copper pipes in the centre of each block and remove as the block is taken out of the press leaving two nice holes for a more thorough burn.
I agree that would help burn better , but in my case, i use them when I'm done for the day and i need to extend a couple more hours of almost free heat
I have 2 questions 1 what did you use to make to make your briquet press out of ? 2. What size is each briquet?
It's made out of 3 mm thick iron plates, wielded together, the legs are from 4mm 2x2cm L shape. And the top part is from 4x4cm iron. The piston thing bars are is 2x2cm. Wall thickness is 3mm.
If you plan to do your own I would suggest to be at least one MM thicker. Because over time will bend from the pressure. I hope this helps.
The dimensions of the briquettes are 20x10cm and the thickness depends 6.7.8 cm. Depends of how much material you put into it. And how hard you press.
Hvala ti što si me pripremio svojim iskustvom. Uzeću 1/3 bukovog drveta i pripremiti 2/3 briketa~
How can l make a small ones
Very good work
to which one are you reffereing ?
How do they burn? I’ve seen pure paper ones the don’t burn so good.
These are mixture with sawdust, I will make video of burning process very soon.
You can check the burning video it will published today. I hope you will have better perception after watching it
What's the mixing ratio sir?
40% sawdust 60% shredded cardboard , recommend at least 2 hours soaking before you mix it
Hood
Roughly how long does it take to dry (of course there will be variability based on temperature and humidity, just looking for a rough estimate)?
After 4 days on blistering sun they lost half the weight, after 2 weeks completely dry.
It's a really good idea keep it up, but I need your help some how some were on the same issue because I have aplan of making it as abusness in my area but I am missing some idea ,so if possible at your side i would like to talk to you.
I will be glad to help you in any way possible

Catch the water in a dam and you can also make compost tea if you add leafmould to the water.😅
I was thinking what to do with the water, it's around 80-100 per barrel so recycling that on a daily basis is good idea. Thank you 🙏
Koja je smjesa u buretu? Samo mljeveni papir i voda ili ima još nešto?
40% piljevina 60% karton
