Everyone has different ape index's, leg lengths, etc.... there is no one form technique. I'm sure in the future with more studying of the sport they will have it broken down accordingly.
Until then I like to look at like squatting. There many correct approaches but there are some more injured prone approaches. At the end of the day, its a chain of events that need to happen correctly and if you can identify where in the chain something went wrong, you got form 101
