Hopefully this doesn't result in everyone changing their application to appeal to what they think admissions people are looking for at Yale

Interesting point. Hopefully those who are enterprising enough to seek out this video will be rewarded

BUT you have to demonstrate you have a high IQ by having over 3 something gpa and high MCAT. That’s the most important.
That’s what I’ve learned from going through this process trying to get into medical school.
I think programs should start asking why did you perform bad in school instead of just looking at it and dishing students away. I’m a first gen low income student and it took me YEARS to develop the skills those kids that come from disciplined/ educated parents have. That should be taken into account.

Look for a follower. Someone who will follow a protocol. If you tell the ideal candidate something is safe and effective and they don’t ask questions that is a good doctor!

This doesn’t really explain anything important. What I took away from this video is be poor and you have a better chance of getting in.

If you didn't identify any important tips in this video you should watch it again through a different lens.
I'm guessing you were expecting her to give some sort of cookie cutter template you could copy that would give you an automatic acceptance to Yale...
