During Gardner’s bond hearing this week, the judge heard testimony from the lead detective on the case, who laid out the evidence police have gathered so far. Ngl...hiring Jose Baez is like sticking a neon sign over a defendant that screams "Guilty!" She doesn't have much of a defense here. Plain greed and vindictive rage on her part. Glad to see this whole case moving forward though. I pray that all of his children are doing ok and coping well.

Also, not true to the other reply. Casey Anthony had a lot of defenses. Endless ones. She would have been found guilty if the prosecution didn't ONLY go for the death penalty and refuse to allow a verdict be decided for any lesser punishment or charge. Jurors don't like to conviction for the death penalty on purely circumstantial evidence. Even when it is on fire it's so obvious.

They were able to get Donna on the emails, texts, checks she issued, wiretapped phone call recordings and 'the bump' which really got Donna going.
