- How to learn a Heelside frontside 360 on a wakeboard!
Here's a quick video with some helpful keys for learning a HS FS 360 wakeboarding. This trick is one that opens the door for so many new things once you get it dialed, and it's a ton of fun!
The biggest takeaway from this trick is the more patient you are as your board leaves the wake, the better off you will be. What I mean by that is: allow yourself to rise all the way up to the peak of your jump before you start the spin. While that feels awkward, it really makes the difference in getting this trick consistent and taking it to the next tricks afterward.
Hope these tips are helpful and you are able to get your 360s down!

Can’t wait to give these tips a try this summer!
I can’t wait for you too either, Timmy🤝
Great instructional!
Thank you, hope it’s helpful!
Yeah it was. What ya said about bringing ya back hip to the handle is a game changer.
Make a video of how to do a backroll!!
Will do🤘 stay tuned
This is the first major trick that I'm learning on a wakeboard (I can clear the wake and do 180's). I can land it between the wakes now. I hear what you're saying about it being the same thing in the middle of the wakes as it is to do it while clearing, but there's definitely an element of mental here that makes it challenging. Can I shorten the rope, or will that not give me enough time to both clear and land the spin? Or do I just need to send it?
You can shorten the rope a bit for sure to get comfortable! I’m not sure what length you ride at, but I wouldn’t go any shorter than 60ft - you might need to slow down a bit if you bring the rope in significantly also
I took my first few attempts on the 360 today but I kept falling off the back edge. What helps prevent that?
Some common issues that can cause this are: Looking down/not being ready for the landing,
moving the handle too much across your body as you finish the spin,
or pulling in on the handle too hard.
Hope this helps a little bit!
Do a video how to make a backflip
Made one just a couple weeks ago!
In the description you need to specify if it is air or not and include how to get to this progression of the sport. BTW, I love your videos but your editors suck.
Haha, I am my editor but thanks for the feedback.
