    2 medium size boiled potato
    1/2 cup boiled green peas
    1/2 cup greated carrot
    1/2 cup gram flour
    1/3 cup rice flour
    4 - 5 fine chopped green chilli
    1/4 cup coriander leaves
    1/4 cup mint leaves
    1/2 tsp red chilli powder
    1/2 tsp carom seeds
    1/2 tsp roasted cumin seed powder
    salt to taste
    1 tbsp oil
    oil to fry rolls
    3..Cheese Garlic Veg Sandwich
    25 gm butter
    6 - 7 grated garlic cloves
    6 - 7 chopped basil leaves
    4 sandwich bread
    1 small chopped onion
    1 small chopped tomato
    2 tbsp chopped capsicum
    salt to taste
    1/4 tsp black pepper powder
    1/2 tsp red chilli flakes
    1/2 tsp oregano seasoning
    Mozzarella cheese as per your taste
    4. Crispy Cheesy Veg Bread Pockets
    For Bread Pockets
    Bread slices
    Bread crumbs
    Oil for frying
    For all purpose flour/
    Maida paste(thick slurry)
    2 tbsp all purpose flour
    4 tbsp water
    For runny slurry
    3 tbsp all purpose flour
    3 tbsp corn flour
    water to make slurry
    For stuffing
    2 tsp fine chopped Capsicum
    2 tsp fine chopped French bean
    2 tsp fine chopped tomatoes
    2 tsp fine chopped onion
    2 tsp Jalapeno
    2 tsp small cottage cheese cubes
    1 tsp Chilli flakes
    1 tsp oregano seasoning
    1/4 tsp black pepper powder
    salt to taste
    2 cubes of processed cheese
