The Jean-Ralphio character was always such a laugh. They used him enough that we got see him plenty, but not saturated to the point of nausea. I wonder how much of that character was written vs how much of it was Ben Schwartz just swinging for the fence.

question I’ve always had about ann’s gross medical story: was it true? I’ve watched this show in full multiple times (and seen the clip of this scene more than I can count) and I’ve never been able to tell if Ann was sharing a true story that did in fact recently happen or if she just made up the perfect medical story to get both April and Ron engaged. I know after being a nurse for years she probably has plenty of stories to pull from and I know in the long run it doesn’t matter but I’ve never been able to figure out if she was telling the story of an actual patient she’s had or if she just made it up for the sake of conversation
I think she took a real situation and exaggerated or exchanged details to entice April especially, but I feel like she was batting around for what to say when Ron asked about what the patient used to cut off the Pringles can.
As a nurse, you no I don't think she made it up, crazy funny gross stuff happens a lot. The only thing she might be lying about is it happening the day before.
Definitely could have added Donna, canceling a bath with a fireman, to watch Jerry put mailings in envelopes.
