You guys know I eat intuitively, so I just eat what I want while being mindful of my choices and I find it makes my life so much easier (especially while traveling)! mustard squad! one of my favorite things to eat is baby carrots with either yellow brown mustard. trust me on this. oh.. and mustard on rice or popcorn cakes with some nutritional yeast is nommable af

Good video!! This prolly sounds weird, but for someone who has had food restriction and body image issues her whole life (me), I find it helpful and cathartic to watch a beautiful woman enjoy good delicious food - both healthy and sometimes a bit indulgent - with a beautiful smile and healthy attitude and overall positive vibe. Love all your content!! Jeff’s also!! You guys are the best!

But if you're really eating intuitively, you don't need cheat day? It's not really eating intuitively if you're still eating a restrictive low fat, low carb, high protein diet and just not tracking macros.
I think the hardest thing with this is to drink enough but not too much so that your body thinks you are full but you need nutrients
@@Iamayounghuman some days you need to eat things you normally wouldn't eat. It's not healthy to say never eat donuts out of fear or gaining weight. Sometimes you want to
eat a pizza and not a lettuce wrap or salad.
Mjholts I agree ! She’s not eating intuitively. She always get low carb and low calorie foods on a daily basis. If you were eating intuitively you would not need a cheat day because your body is not deprived of anything. Her lifestyle is very healthy but not intuitive. I find intuitive eating pretty hard myself. And it’s sad that intuitive eating gets used in settings like this because it’s wrong and give people the wrong perception of what intuitive eating is.

You have such a healthy relationship with food
Such an inspiration
Ellie Kaminska-Moult but she eats a bunch of low calorie crap. That’s not a healthy relationship with food. Imo she seems a little too obsessed with food, I would know because I struggled with an eating disorder. I’m not saying she has an eating disorder but she just eats low calorie ice cream, splenda, 100 calorie pack oatmeal... not normal.
its_n I completely understand because so do I but someone can have a healthy relationship with food without eating high calorie food. It means having what your body needs when you want it💛
Omg nope nope nope. No one with a truly healthy relationship to food eats that much processed low calorie artificially sweetened protein powder based food.
@@nellieeess last time I checked those 3 x sushi rolls were not low calorie! She just knows how to balance things out by eating lower calories when she needs....that's not an eating disorder... just an awareness of energy balance.
I think she has a good balance but it’s not intuitive. She is dieting most of the week so she can indulge like this on vacation or one day a week. And to be honest eating 8000 calories on a cheat is not a healthy relationship with food. That means she is craving and depriving her body. And when she “allows” herself to eat she goes mental. Wish she was honest. Can’t she just say I’m dieting during the week and indulging once a week? Instead she is telling everyone it’s intuitive eating and a healthy relationship. Alwayshungry at least admits she’s eating low carb and low calorie so she can have a cheat day.

I saw that you buy a box of Splenda when you travel. Have you ever thought/heard about buying stevia drops? I used to buy the packets of Splenda all the time and the Stevia drops from Whole Foods have been a lifesaver for me and I carry them wherever I go! Just a thought:) Love your videos so much Steph!
