This was a very personal decision and is not a decision I recommend to others - just a decision I made for myself. If you decide to undergo the procedure, it’s up to you to evaluate whether or not it’s the right decision for you. Here are some studies I found helpful during my research. The research is not currently conclusive as of April 2023. There are mixed results and the concensus seems to be that more studies are needed. This seems to be a very important area of study so I will make sure to keep my eye out for future research done on both saline and silicone implants.

    i think so many men had weird reactions because the root of misogyny - especially when its unconscious - is about keeping women small. you were being brave and bucking the status quote and willfully choosing to get bigger in a very public way, so the people with a lot of unhealthy toxic masculine energy - largely males - felt their unearned status at risk and tried to do whatever nonsense they could to protect their weak ass selves.

    ugh, she's like me. ALWAYS starving but wanting to look muscular. my weight training took me from feeling fat to becoming anorexic lol and now im trying to recover all the muscle i lost xD being a female sux to be honest. we're so complicated anyways you're so beautiful steph. to be honest u look so much better now then in 2014. but i understand those meltdowns

    I know I'm years late but seriously the anorexia it's a problem and I feel bad for those people and she was good for those people but honestly it's not anorexia that kills something like 80s percent of people not sure the actual numbers but its huge it's obesity it's the biggest health problem in the west me I lost like 60 pounds in the last year but if I didn't I'm sure I would have a hard time walking I think she had a positive message but the truth of this world is over eating os the number one killer among people not women not children not men all people it's a lethal killer and needs to be addressed in a healthy way not starving yourself and definitely not eating a whole bunch of unhealthy foods we need to fight obesity not tell those people that their ugly are disgust but definitely tell them there eating is killing them abd show them a better way I think everyone should have a goal of 30 to 35 percent body fat if that's you love your body but when you you 40 to 50 percent body fat it's lethal p.s 35 percent isn't super healthy but it realistic and is a lot healthier then straight obesity and most people can live long happy life's at 30 to 35 percent but going over that is a killer I think it's realistic to tell people they shouldn't be over 35 percent body fat

    there are smaller iuds in Pakistan and China which are apparently are much more comfortable. I had one side of my IUD was stuck when my gynecologist tried to remove it.

    As a Type 1 Diabetic I’m calculating the amount of insulin I would need in order to eat what she has. I’ve done this with every video. I take 1 to 2 units for every 10 grams of carbs. First meal alone would be 27 units. Second meal 15 units Snack 11 units Pizza 9 unitts Mc Donalds + Dairy Queen 20 units Snack 17 Daily total of insulin = 99 units These units are on the 1 unit per 10gms. Double that on the 2 units per 10. Imagine having to calculate this on a daily basis before eating. Something your body does for you naturally.

    I am overweight, 45 years old and have had a recent weight loss of 35 pounds in 12 weeks due to keto and IF. This is the first time I did not get my period, I'm afraid that it's gonna cause health issues but I do not want to gain weight because I am already overweight and still trying to lose another 25 pounds.     I went through something so similar when I decided to quit intermittent fasting. It was very painful emotionally as I didn’t have a clear idea in my head about what I was going through. I just knew I was done starving myself. Extreme hunger eventually went away and I’m back to my regular weight with normal eating behavior and great energy. The whole journey was about 2.5 years long
