Must rinse, we do that in Michelin kitchen too. Then squeeze out moisturise otherwise it’ll burn before crisping nicely and take much longer to fry out the water content
@@vieworama8188 not the only way though. I used to be doing it without rinsing and still get that caramelised crisp. No idea what's the difference with rinsing..
Don't wash your garlic after chopping them up. That removes like half of its flavour. If you want to wash them, do so after peeling them (unless you peel your garlic by smashing it first and squeezing out its juice...).
Typically to remove surface starch/sugar from the garlic to slow down browning during frying so you can get a crispier result without bitter burnt bits.
You can, but the garlic wont look as beautiful as what it shown in this video. Mississippi river water is a must if you want to get an exact taste and look
I love this idea I usually peel a purée with canola oil. Put in clean mason jar. Also every time you use garlic purée use a clean dry spoon. Garlic will last over six month in a sealed mason jar must keep in refrigerator . I really like the frying mince style of cooking.
when they said mississippi river water level is going down...we know the reason...I am sure his grandma looking for her spoons... every time she buys spoon ..she'll lost it..a mystery for her...but we know the reason

Crunchy fried garlic 😋 The oil also can be used on steamed vegetables and drizzle on roasted chicken.
Ya but don't wash garlic first😂😂😂
When he washed the garlic after mincing it, he lost 70% of the garlic flavour and it's oil
Not really. Those garlic crisp you eat at fancy restaurants are achieved by washing and boiling garlic and then frying it
@VIEW O RAMA sure, but it does lose flavour.
Lost 70% garlic flavor gained 98% Mississippi River flavor🔥💪
When it will lose some flavor it will not came to strong while biting and the oil will not be to bitter
@@chris00gcg 😂😂😂😂
No need to rinse the garlic after chopping. Quick wash after peeling more makes sense Thad rinse after chopping.

@@kenqbobz757 but when you make garlic oil the longer it takes garlic to burn out the better infused your oil is?

@@Respiel garlic doesn't contain sugar or starch.

I read a great way to cook without burning. Lower the fire. 😂😂😂
