Wow, Bangkok is changing so much, that part of Sathorn looks like it could be Manhattan or Singapore.

I loved low-rise condo, but not high-rise condo and it's always safer for me in BKK Kap !! 🤔
what i learned is that the "view" associated with any lux bkk condo is worthless unless the it is at water front because the view will get blocked sooner than you can say uncle. Floors 2 to 10 are typically dedicated to parking lots, making "low floor" condos a rarity in the market.
