In case you're wondering. The Swedish voice for Jasmine is performed by Myrra Malmberg who as a kid grew up an Minnesota, USA. She's done several voice in Swedish Disney dubs. Outside of Jasmine, she's also done voice for Megara in Hercules and is the voice of Ariel in the sequels of the Little Mermad (Sissel Kyrkjebø was the voice in the first one).
Not hard to find voices for Disney movies in Sweden… so many talented singers ❤
I heard long time ago. Disney Studios have to accept all the songs in the different languages around the whole world, exept in the Swedish language. Just because the rason you just mention "Not hard to find voices for Disney movies in Sweden". In all the realesed movies in Swedish, they never changed anyone.
Found your videos today, and i love when you react to swedish singers. It makes me feel proud of my country.
Thanks!
Any suggestions?
Peter Jöback makes his whole new return as Swedish King Magnifico the new returning Disney villain in Wish. Can’t wait to see your reaction of *This Is The Thanks I Get?* and *At All Costs* in Swedish.
Myrra Malmberg as Swedish Jasmine also voices Wendy aka Lena in Peter Pan, Kayley in Quest For Camelot, Ariel in The Little Mermaid 2 Return To The Sea, 3 Ariel’s Beginning, Megara in Hercules and she returned as both Jasmine and Ariel in Ralph Breaks The Internet. 🇸🇪
Myrra Malmberg I only know from animated movies in Swedish. When it comes to Disney, she also does the voices for Wendy from Peter Pan and Megara in Hercules. And she does the Swedish voice for Kayley in Quest for Camelot.
I prefer Disney in Swedish as that’s how I’m brought up. Great voices.
Ooh for me, Peter is Aladdin 😍
I grew up with the Swedish dubbing for the older Disney classics so I prefer them in Swedish, but since Finding Nemo I watch it in English and don't like Swedish dubbibg 😂
Värld is pronounced without the l and when you see a name that ends with berg you don't use the letter g in it. Replace it with j. So it's pronounced berj basically.
Check out Peter Jöback singing She by Charles Aznavour! Fantastic
So nice.
If you are doing Disney in Swedish you need to take a look at the Huncback of Notre Dame, both the intro "Bells of Notre Dame" (czcams.com/video/LyGYjVb_p1U/video.html&ab_channel=FeliciaBronzebird - that hight note at the end gives instant chills) and Hellfire ( czcams.com/video/tDSem1CAvZc/video.html&ab_channel=KatarinaErn%C3%B6)
And I say this not as a biased swede, but honestly the swedish versions are the best out there.
Hi Paul! You have reacted to soo many amazing Swedish artists...But yet I havent heard your reaction to one of the very best female singers from Sweden " Elize Ryd" ..... Or have I missed it???
Well, if you hvent check out something from her . For example "Stjärnan i min hand" (The Star in my hand) which is a Christmas song....or "Endlessly".
Elize is the singer in a Pop-Metal band called "Amaranthe" ......but she also has the smoothest voice which her able to sing even heartful ballads
When Swedish is spoken it twins with German, when sung it sounds French.
Oh dear god! Do we really sound as harsh as german? 😮
Love this movie! One of my favorites! Requests > Here you have some Swedish songs with English subtitles that you can do reaction videos to:

Caught in a swedish loop? 😄😄 speaking of witches, ever heard dirty loops?
Could you maybe do some more reactions to Chess preformances by some of the Swedish singers you’ve encountered already?
If so I’d recommend these:
Endgame - Tommy Körberg and Sissel

Du och Jag - Tommy Körberg and Helen Sjöholm

Voci meragliose! Grazie per avercela fatte ascoltare....
That shitty voice has played the phantom in Phantom of the opera both at West end and on Broadway 🤷♀️
@@ge_mig_nat_som_kannsJag studsade också över kommentaren Automatöversättningen är fel! Kollade "meragliose" i ordbok och det betyder fantastisk/underbar 🙄😅😅
you pronounce it Jirlback, the L is silent (as is the r). like girl, but silent L
0:45 Neither. It's a sort of sch-sound.
Only dubbing I can tolerate are stuff I saw as a child.
