Elijah C M110 and SR25 is the same gun. M110 is just a designation used by the US military while the other is the producers(Knight Armaments) designation

Welp i have 10€ safe glasses 20€ shotgun 15-20 spring pistol and one broken 55€ co2 pistol
me to my recommendation is to shoot at a box when your by yourself practicing so they go inside the box
you can always ask if they have buckeys of bbs you can grt handfulls from my local one has a big blue water jug filled with them and lets us get handfulls to play with

I assume it's not for skirmishes, instead it's for shooting in your backyard at some targets and collection, I honestly hope in a near future we have something better, it would be great a proper simulation round that's safe and open to the public, the ones around are for training and are not safe nor for civs, us people that cannot have real guns or just want some more realism would love it, but alas, it seems we can't have a more realistic airsoft or paintball and this is the closest we can get.

@novritsch I haven’t seen anyone with a shell bag. You put it over the shell eject, and attach it to the guard rail above the receiver. You don’t have to pick up your shells afterwards. I use one when I take my homemade AR-10 to the range

In the military when we go to the shooting range we need to pick up all the casings. I would pick them up after the game, of course if you have enough. I don¨t know how much these cost.

i would assume it would be personal preference, different people like different guns. Just like why would someone use spring over gas or electric.

It is a novelty item, its also designed for people who want a more realistic experience. Yeah there more practical guns out there that dont have ejecting rounds but for some people that isn't what they like. I understand that a lot of people don't have a lot of money and want something not really realistic as this, but there are people out there with a lot of money to spend that may like this. Everyone has their own preferences when it comes to airsoft guns.

It’s good to be able to see the shells popping out chassis but then again it’s a hassle to be half to pick them back up

CTPaintball, and More! Shell catchers do exist for real AR platform rifles, but it’s not as cool to watch them tumble into a little mesh baggie vs watching them fly off into the distance

They sell mesh bags to clip onto your real AR to catch the shells as they eject for reuse. Could come in handy with this thing

One of the things that stresses me out about shooting real semiauto guns is that I feel pressured to pick up the brass to reload them. Having to do the same with airsoft (which does not really need cases to begin with) is just masochistic LOL
The Army has rounds very similar to those. But they have paint on the tips kinda like a paint ball/ bb mix
