if the radio loses its reception, no sound, presets don't work, Bluetooth doesn't connect, you could reset the radio and try again. Simply if the radio doesn't work as it suppose to work you should perform a factory reset.

dicen que sólo las radio tipo -dab- se pueden resetera(supongo que son equipos digitales) para el caso que yo consulté- responde que la dejé din energía por 48 hrs y que se resetea sola.

Cannot reset AM/FM radios. Only DAB (digital) radios are able to factory reset. However you can leave it off for 48 hours then the radio will reset itself.
