I am in the states. Utah to be exact. I've reached out to multiple manufacturers and all wanting me to be a dealer for them before servicing their equipment or even being able to go to a training for servicing equipmemt. If I didn't want to open a shop myself I would have to get with a shop.
#AskMark can you get a dive computer that also monitors the inflation and possibly deflation of bcd to try and improve my weighting. im only a fair weather diver while on holiday but each time i dive i can be on the other side of the planet and buoyancy is all different comparing Caribbean and the very salty red sea. it takes me too long just guessing it was only on my 6th dive this year i perfected mine for a dive where i put in just barest push and did not have to again untill i broke the surface...my air last me 10mins longer...so anyone making a smart bcd. like a inserted 1kg lift at this depth and release .6kg of lift at this depth.
Not really, the Avelo system is working on a buoyancy solution that works in a different way than a traditional BCD.
Take some time to work on your weighting and write it all down in your log book so that you can refer back to it when you return.
At the end of the dive is the best time to check your weighting. With a near-empty cylinder, dump all of the gas from your BCD and you should be able to just float under the surface without sinking. If you sink then you have too much lead. Take a little off and repeat.
Once you have the right amount of lead write that down with the thickness of wetsuit that you're wearing for next time
If that is the system where water is pumped into and out of a special air tank yes that looks very ingenious.and yes I have been putting what my weight is on each of my holidays and what I ended up getting it down to each Yr so if I ever dive close by I can use it as a start. I think it would be interesting to have a comp that could tell you how much lift in kg you are putting in your bcd

I appreciate the the answer to the question because I am a terrible photographer and horrible in marketing with or without computer usage but mechanically I am very strong and just the idea of using my skills elsewhere.
