JBL should do partybox 700 with same amp, same speakers of the PB1000, but take away the dj garbage, just put normal controls like the PB300, change the lights to some lights like the PB300 to be cheaper, and make it a bit smaller and lighter. Add batery and have two modes, like in batery mode they could reduce power for batery optimization, and then have full power when connected to the wall, or make a PB700 without batery, and the PB750 with batery (like the PB200 and PB300), wile making the PB700 like 650 dllrs and the PB750 like 750 dlls. Also change the handles so that its easier for 2 people to grab it and take away the wheels that just look horrible.. That hould be a dream...
@@almasviana well depends. I got the partybox 200 because its a great sounding speaker and its portable, and to me i dont need the battery because i allways use it pluged in. Sometimes is nice to have a all in one solution to take it anywhere, as long as there is power...

We had a 1st gen Echo in our master bathroom for listening to music in the morning czcams.com/users/postUgkxABghAEkaIDGZfHRBH3D3rBrlraNmnC71 and while in the shower. I didn't realize how tinny and awful the sound output on the original Echo was until we replaced it with the Studio. It was a sonic upgrade far beyond what I was expecting. Just wow. I love it because it's like having speakers IN the shower. My friend likes it because the music is so loud that she can no longer hear me singing. So that's a win-win.

I got the 100, it’s huge and it’s beyond amazing and beautiful, bass is out of this world, sound is rich, lights are amazing, I can’t imagine the 700 and 1000 … just wow! Jbl nailed it. You must own one or two 100 for sure….

I was a machine operator and had the 100 playing alongside the machinery and you could hear it but it was lacking the deep bass and had slight distortion at max volume. When I took the 310 in, I didn't even need to put it at max volume to hear it clearly. If I did, I had guys from 2 or 3 machines over, wandering through and asking me wtf my speaker was as they wanted one. 310 all day! But the 100 is still no slouch especially in its own category compared to other speakers of the like.
I heard the jbl 100 at an outdoor seller on a tripod stand and it is incredible. Running off a phone it was really impressive. I asked the seller to check the speaker to see what it was. I just bought 2 JBL 110's
Nah, compared to an actual PA System these Partyboxes are just not good enough, they are not loud enough and way too expensive for what you get. Even a 150€ Behringer 15“ Sub produces fuller and more bass.
I know this is a weird video to comment on for this but I have my Oluv-buds from earfun. I've had them for about a month now. You know I really like them. They're some of the best earbuds I've ever used. They're also the cleanest playing earbuds I've had too. I just really wish they felt more airy like open acoustic headphones but these are noise cancelling and such but I don't mind. In public they work great and I love them! Thank you for this greatness!
I have the 1000 JBL and use it for outdoor camping parties, and a lot of people enjoy the speaker. Ive had hand full of people say it is the best speaker they have heard, even for a portable system especially. Super clean sound with plenty of noticeable bass to back it up. Thanks JBL!

But since it's 1000€ and requires power, is basically a professional PA speaker, with Bluetooth (which you said later in the video as I was writing this comment lol). @Michael Bornot yes it is true, but partybox 1000 is not really transportable. A slightly lighter partybox that sounds as loud like soundboks with a battery and without the unnecessary dj pad will be perfect.
@@sonny9546 Wouldn’t be possible though... cause to make it lighter they have to reduce the cabinet size which would make the 12" downfiring subwoofer lose it’s magic... and the amplifier is what? Probably 800 - 1200 watts rms/peak, imagine how fast that power would drain the batteries..

@@sonny9546 The Soundboks isn't flat at all, the damn think starts to drop after 55 - 60 Hz... It's all about the port tuning, and they probably tuned it so high because those 10" PA drivers aren't capable of playing low and they'd lose a lot of upper bass(60 - 100 Hz) if it was tuned low. Would also require more power. The partybox line is WAY better than the Soundboks. The Soundboks is amazing for being so portable but it sounds pretty bad imo... The partybox 300 has bass down to 40 Hz, overall sound is fuller, more detailed etc... Only problem is that the Partybox 300 and 100 aren't loud enough for parties. The Partybox 1000 is just fucking ridiculous, way louder than the Soundboks, bass down to 25 Hz, and sounds like a "HiFi" speaker. PA drivers/speakers are meant for volume, not detail or depth. Obviously a few PA Subwoofer can go low but most usually drop of after 40 Hz... The Soundboks is tiny for having dual 10" drivers, which also means that you can't have high expectation for the bass if you know a thing or two about audio. The soundboks do have decent bass for inside use thought.

I have a question, If i crank it up to the max (usually for a party) will it lower it's volume down after some time to protect itself, because some bluetooth speakers does this and it's really annoyning when the party is at the peak and randomly the speaker lowers it's maximum output. I would very much appreciate an answer to this question from someone who owns this speaker. I own Panasonic SC - UA7 and i sounds amazing but after sometime it lowers down a little. Also if someone owns both speakers could you please tell me which one has better volume and sound quality.
The problem with the Soundboks is the enclosure is way too small for those huge woofers. The only way to have deep bass is to have a large enough enclosure for the woofers, and that's why the JBL is so big. There's no replacement for displacement.
These are two completely different speakers. As a mobile DJ I take the Soundboks hands down. 1. They are very portable and run off battery pack and I can change out the battery packs. 2. They are water resistant I can have my speakers out in the rain no problem. 3. I can pair 5 of these speakers together at one time. 4. It has XLR jacks for me to plug it into a professional mixer. JBL great speaker with great sound but as a professional DJ Soundboks all the way. As far as bass I use Qsc powered subs so the clarity on the Soundboks work perfect for my setup. Great review 👍

The PB 100 is a great speaker for indoor partys and small outdoor partys. When you want to play music for larger partys the PB 310 would be better for you. The PB 1000 is for people who want to do big house partys and want a simple, very loud and good Speaker.

is it possible to have two partybox 100 (respectively 110 by now), connect a DJ controller to one of them via cinch and still use the "chain" function to have the sound played on the second partybox at the same time ? - or does it have to be a bluetooth audio source? thanks for any tip

I have a question,
If i crank it up to the max (usually for a party) will it lower it's volume down after some time to protect itself, because some bluetooth speakers does this and it's really annoyning when the party is at the peak and randomly the speaker lowers it's maximum output. I would very much appreciate an answer to this question from someone who owns this speaker.
I own Panasonic SC - UA7 and i sounds amazing but after sometime it lowers down a little. Also if someone owns both speakers could you please tell me which one has better volume and sound quality.

The problem with the Soundboks is the enclosure is way too small for those huge woofers. The only way to have deep bass is to have a large enough enclosure for the woofers, and that's why the JBL is so big. There's no replacement for displacement.

These are two completely different speakers. As a mobile DJ I take the Soundboks hands down. 1. They are very portable and run off battery pack and I can change out the battery packs. 2. They are water resistant I can have my speakers out in the rain no problem. 3. I can pair 5 of these speakers together at one time. 4. It has XLR jacks for me to plug it into a professional mixer. JBL great speaker with great sound but as a professional DJ Soundboks all the way. As far as bass I use Qsc powered subs so the clarity on the Soundboks work perfect for my setup. Great review 👍

dude, I have a 30W speaker and it shakes my walls at 80% volume. The JBL PB1000 has 1100W so I think it will shake the walls lol.
using it at ⅔ volume with a bass-heavy song a glass fell off a shelf from the vibrations and broke, it really shakes the whole house

The PB 100 is a great speaker for indoor partys and small outdoor partys. When you want to play music for larger partys the PB 310 would be better for you. The PB 1000 is for people who want to do big house partys and want a simple, very loud and good Speaker.

I got boombox partybox 100 an 300. 100 an boombox seem about same loudness but way less bass. 300 has less trouble but is much louder kinda crazy .
